PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management can be understood as one of the most highly developed business
concepts where company management aims to built 5 phases within the procedure which are
project initiation, project planning, project execution, monitoring and controlling and project
closure. Theses stages enable to build strong relative working models for gaining strong
relevant data for gaining correct relative information within the set period of time. The
advantages of using project management can be understood with vital factors where it
enables company business managers to built resourceful projects effectively within the set
paradigms and to develop higher keen synergy of goodwill among company performance
metrics (Sarvaiya and Eweje, 2017).This project will take around 11 weeks to complete
whole research effectively.
INTRODUCTION
Equality and diversity is considered to be one of the most developed fundamental
which focuses on gaining high strength within workforce which enables to bring innovation
and working standards of larger creativity. Tesco is one of the biggest retail company within
retail UK industry producing larger portfolio of innovative products and services and having
wide workforce within its working fundamentals where human capital is considered to be the
most important asset. Company aims to keep strong focus onto equality and diversity within
all employees by giving equal working opportunities, leverage best positive synergy of
optimistic working patterns through which motivation is established. Report brings forward
detailed analysis on how equality and diversity is established among all employees, and how
various data collection methods can effectively help to develop stronger working paradigms
(Luanglath, Ali and Mohannak, 2019).

The rationale for taking this topic for developing the project can be understood as by
the fact that with high globalisation and outsourcing of all employees within Tesco working
employees there are some cases of imbalance within equality and diversity at company
workplace which needs to b strongly analysed. The theme is highly considered to be one of
the most important pragmatic role within company business standards and effective
management as the diversity and equality of workplace not only effects employees morale
and vision to bring before best motivation along with innovative ideas, but also uplifts higher
working quality paradigms (Chang and Milkman, 2020). Another rationale for using this
topic for research within the project can be understood with the fact that more technical
advancement enhances at working patterns within Tesco, being one of the most high

LITERATURE REVIEW
As per the views of Gordon, (2018)equality and diversity at workplace can be
encouraged effectively by giving all employees equal working opportunities to showcase new
ideas of innovation and higher diverse working paradigms which enables to bring best
services and reflective working standards as per the set company targets. The equality and
diversity is highly evolving with coming new paradigms of working standards within Tesco
where there are various large number of employees at different departments. The writer
explains various parameters of how equality and diversity is considered to be highly
important with changing business world with changing dynamics of time to revolve under
various parameters, keenly bring on synergy for gaining stronger working paradigms. HR
strategies within company are highly important to bring on building diversity and giving
equal working opportunities to all employees without any sort of discrimination or any
biases. Another author Sharma, (2016) also explains the vivid impact of bringing in equality
and diversity within workforce where all employees shall be driven to brainstorming
sessions, high keen synergy of technological advancement within the set company gaols
development. The HR department has pivotal role to play within this objective as the
company is presentable to higher diverse working segments with new innovation and creative
working strength. The training and development costs is also increased with higher diversity
and large equality of working segments within employees through which regular innovation
is developed and larger goal is extended onto more quested working segments.
RESERCH METHIDOLOGY
Research type: The research types are of 2 types qualitative and quantitative where data can
be analyzed with high focus and elaborative manner (Reddy,2019). Qualitative type of
research enables to get quick data analysis in theoretical way of explanation, with detailed
description in written working arenas where there is detailed description on every aspect in
qualitative way. Another research type is quantitative where figurative working patterns,
graphs and various numerical figures are used within the set paradigms onto vivid levels. It is
highly complicated as some people may not find it convenient with the rigorous structure and
also prevents the data to be developed effectively for larger extent. In this research the
qualitative data type will be used as it will enable correct analysis of the paradigms about
equality and diversity within workings standards (Felton and et.al., 2017).
Research design: There are three types of research design inductive, deductive and
abdicative research which can be analysed and chosen further based onto research factors and

onto how equality and diversity within workplace can be developed within company business
services and how rational synergy of optimism will help to propagate higher reflective
working standards, inductive data can be used .
Research philosophy:There are two types of research philosophies which enable the data
which are collected to be organised in resourceful way to increase the efficiency of working
paradigms in a research project. Researchers understand various factors behind both
philosophies and gain optimum resources with strong analysis on all paradigms where
positivism philosophy believes on true facts which are currently present within business
scenario (Sarvaiya and Eweje,2016). Another philosophy which is Interpretivism philosophy
can be understood as the medium which enables us to get relevant data from all relevant
sources effectively without any biases.
Research sampling:Sampling will be done from group of 10 people where it will be
effectively enabled to gain strong results among all employees within Tesco and to develop
higher long term business paradigms where all resources are relevant.
Data collection: There are two types of methods which enable to get stronger factors of data
collected within business segments and to gain high effective relevant work approaches. First
is primary data where all information is collected straight from all resources which are
connected to exact analytical working paradigms and another is secondary data where data is
collected from secondary sources where the websites, internet is the largest resource
fundamental to develop further. For this project primary collection of data is used which is
not only very reliable and relevant, but will also enable in gaining information direct from all
sources which are near to examining situations.
Data analysis:This is considered to be one of the most important segments within research
project as data analysis enables to bring all relevant data, which will be needed to bring on
stronger working paradigms. Data analyses will be focused to bring on strong working focus
where all factors will be explained in form of pie charts, figures and data groups through

employees answering can be interpreted that if Tesco follows all above stated strategy
effectively then enables to improve equality and diversity within workplace.
Analysis of finding: The findings of all data enable us to analyse that employees working
within Tesco are highly diversified, integrated with best innovation paradigms and regulated
to bring best technology advanced skills which are highly effectively programmed. There is
high form of data focused on the innovation, motivations standards and work ethics at Tesco
which shows how the company is relatively advanced to keep high diversity within
workforce and give all employees equal working opportunity. The findings from all data also
enable us to develop strong business framework where all factors of skilled employees who
are working within company are given varied platforms of equality to showcase their skills
and nee ideas with best synergy of optimism and impactful leadership (Dhanani and Jones,
2017)
Recommendations:
Tesco for building more diverse equal working standards of employees within
company business framework has to focus on building higher innovative paradigms where all
new brainstorming sessions are progressively held on continuous basis. Leadership and HR
strategies play an important role here to program out strong factor of connectivity within all
working parameters, keenly bring high favourable optimistic working conditions and

realism.

environment so that enables to maintain individual wellbeing. The research project could
succeed the aim and objectives. The objectives of research are to be analysed about
importance of equality and diversity at job place which is systematically projected in detailed
manner. All objectives of the projects has achieved with the support of literature review.
In this research literature review really went more well as it helped to gather all essential and
relevant knowledge about project topic and it’s significant implication in the company. At
primary phase all aims and objectives of the research was well-organized that gives proper

predefined objectives set for the research assignment. The research methodologies
