As per view point of Nachmias and Caven, (2019), Equality and diversity plays vital role
as it help in retention of employees for longer-time period that save cost also of hiring
new candidate for company. Equality & diversity concept ensure that staff members is
treated fairly and equally at workplace due to which their productivity and profitability
increases. In many organizations, discrimination take place on the basis of age, gender,
religion, race, sexual orientation and so on. It is analyzed that implementation of equality
and diversity practices help in declining such discrimination from workplace. In relation
to business entity, development of globalization and sustaining equality & diversity is
becoming an issue and companies develop effective strategies in order to deal with such
problems. In order to enhance productivity of employees and increase performance of
organization, it is essential to provide full equality to all the staff members. One of the
benefit received by implementing equality and diversity practices is decline in employee
turnover and absenteeism rate due to which profitability and revenue level of organization
is increase in an appropriate manner.

Sampling: It is defined as a procedure of choosing appropriate or accurate sample size
from the whole population. In the present research, Probabilistic sampling method will be
adopted by researcher and in this random sampling is chosen for gathering information.

members of organization.
