research work, it is essential to make proper budget to carry out work in effective and efficient
manner (Barker and et. al., 2012). The researcher requires 4000 pounds in order to perform
research task. Similarly, on other side, time means estimation date to complete assigned project

investigator need some resources like time period, authenticate source to gather information,
proper response from respondents, funding and so on.
TIMEFRAME WORK
Gantt Chart
This is referred as popular ways that is used by organisation to show their activities such
as events and tasks to be displayed against time (Gantt chart, 2019). This is commonly used in

Sources Of Data
The different root of information collection which are described below:
Primary- This is defined as first hand collection of data and information by researcher
themselves. In this source, all information are collected for first time for research work (Sources
of Data Collection: Primary & Secondary, 2019). The data are based on real time as more
research is required. There are different techniques of primary source such as observations,
questionnaire, personal interview, surveys and experiments.
Secondary- It is defined as collection of data and information from already published
sources. It is called second hand work of researcher where data are gathered in past and used in
present. The source includes government publications, books, internal records, journal, articles,
websites, media, newspaper, television and so on. This is time saving as well as cost saving for

done. Sampling process carry proper sequence in order to collection information and data. Some
of they are described below:
Sampling Technique- It is the concept which helps in determination of particular
procedure of research through which entities of sample have been selected. The different kinds
of techniques of sampling are probability as well as non-probability. Here, researcher has used
simple random sampling technique in order to gather accurate aggregation and subject matter
work.
Sample Population- This is considered as number of population taken from sample. This
is defined as procedure of picking subset of subject which represents whole population of work.
Sample Size- This is considered as way of selecting number of people which should be
enclosed in statistical sample. This helps in measuring number of individuals which has taken in

observations used or sample measured in experiment or survey. The size which is considered in
research work is 30.
Research Techniques
There are various research techniques that are used by investigator such as:
Qualitative- It is the technique that does not involves numerical or number data and
information (Guillaume and et. al., 2017). This is the in-depth study and understanding of given
topic to reach to conclusion. This provide accurate data and information in proper manner. The
sources of qualitative are interview, focus group and others.
Quantitative- This is defined as techniques which helps in collecting data and
information in numeric form (Hideg and Ferris, 2016). It examine effect and cause relationship
among variables. The different quantitative source includes secondary data, surveys and
observations.
After analysing different research techniques, it has been concluded that researcher has to
use qualitative method as it provide in depth knowledge about given topic of research work. This
helps in accomplishment of aim and objective of given work.
