Introduction
Project Management is the most pivotal of management. It is characterized as procedures or
blend of procedures to achieve administrative objectives in a predetermined time frame.
Thus, project management is the utilization of explicit timeframe for achieving an association
objective that utilization methods, aptitudes, and information, devices or mix of these
(Maylor, 2010).
The achievement of an undertaking generally relies upon the director of the venture .so the
project supervisor or manager is liable for apportioning the errands to be practiced and give
all guidelines to the workers to carry out duties as indicated by the goals of the task. During
the venture, the supervisor need to adapt such a large number of things with the goal that he

The purpose of the research is to examine critically the diverse ways of dealing with the
global issue of workplace diversity and also to provide the necessary guidelines for effective
equality and diversity management in a workplace setting. This is to show how company can
build effective workplace diversity by applying different diversity management tools.

It so happens that a number of researches has been carried out on work place diversity, the
essence of this research is the specific gap still created by little number of researches that is
available on diversity of workplace and its significance on the organization.
Diversity management and diversity in work place has become issues perhaps as a result of
global melting and international commerce. Thus, many companies are been encourage to
invest in the concept development in their company so as to raise profits and productivity.
Expectedly the forced integration by managers to essentially enforce the concept in their
company as created more uncertainty and divergence as most of these managers lack enough
skills. In other words, managers are finding it hard to manage effectively the practice of
diversity management. They are finding it difficult to know the factors that often contribute
to effective diversity management or perhaps the task that is needed from leadership to

proposed project. I in the capacity of the project manager have thus effectively plan for the

how the control and monitoring of a project can be executed by the management. Meaning
that, a project plan established the way a project can be managed and is formal. In other to

According to (William, 2008) A project management plan contains five stages of activity or
task in other words it is essenytial for project manager to ensure the division of the whole
task or activities into five different phases. It is thus important to prepare a work breakdown

structure (WBS) this will allow for the implementation of differs steps or procedure of
management which are planning, organizing, executing and implementation of
recommendation. WBS assist in the division of the task in physical project settings or team
work research amongs the team memebrs and thu sgetting the activities done more
