Recommendations
After going through above research it has been suggested to Zara that company has to
take right action at right time within business to reduce negative impact of gender
pay gap and other factors in workplace.
Firm can do same by bringing better sort of transparency in regards of decision
making as well as salary. It is one of the best suggestion management must do to
overcome all issues and it also makes them more able to create inclusive work
culture.
Another suggestion to organization is that they has to make assure that both
manager and leader build effective sort of working atmosphere in company or not
which does not utilize to spread cultural and other types of differences in firm. It
will definitely help Zara to reduce impact of non presence of equality and diversity
