INTRODUCTION
For conducting a study or make any project, mostly all researchers used to gather
adequate amount of information (McDonald, 2012). For this purpose, they used secondary
sources to make literature review under which different authors’ point of view has evaluated.
The present study is based on equality in the workplace, where some articles are extracted from
internet access, to conduct literature review on the same.
