Literature review is a part of research which help in explaining that what the research is all
about and what the research want to convey. It is a theoretical part which is used for detailing about
the specific topic on which research is all about. The role of literature review is very important in
research and dissertation, as it's approval make that the research or thesis is in right direction.
Equality at work place refers equal and same rights and opportunities provided by an organisation
to their employees, so that they do not feel like they are facing some type of discrimination in
organisation (Assiter, 2017). Following research will help in getting knowledge about the specific

determining the main point and perceptions of author, that what are their intentions behind their
articles. At university level, there are two types of literature reviews which are asked by their
students for writing. First of these two is stand – alone assignment and the other one is written
descriptively, which is a part of introduction in a research project, dissertation or thesis. It is
important for researcher to identify different data sources which are used earlier by other
researchers, so that their research get better and more authenticated. It is very important for a
researcher to review their part of literature review, as this help them in knowing that what come
