INTRODUCTION
Literature review is the process of analysing, summarising, reading and evaluating the
academic materials on a particular topic. This is often a part of an introduction to a report of
research, essay, or thesis. This is the section which will describe about what the research is all
about and what aim the researcher is going to achieve. Apart from this, the report will also give
the detailed and deep explanation on the topic Equality in the workplace, which means that their
should be equality in every organisation, so that the workers don't think that the organisation is
doing any partiality between employees and the firm should give equal opportunities to all the
workers and pay them equally. Equality is the fair treatment and its all about judging an
individual with their working performance not according to their gender, religion or race. The
