Introduction:
The statement of equity indicates the amounts of the money that have been invested into the
company that have and which belongs to the outsiders. And statement of financial position
shows the amounts of the amounts that are owed to the company by the outsiders and the
amounts that the company owes to the outsiders. There is a very small difference between the
small and the large proprietary companies that have been discussed in the following
paragraphs.
