INTRODUCTION
The Ergochair encourage the furniture and stuffs and the services which are related to the
furniture to design and innovate for corporate clients. This firm believes in consistency in
innovation and motivating the employees to form different ways in order to enhance themselves
and also the firm. The Ergochair supplies the speech and the training for the drama to enhance
the representation tactics of the staff. The furniture practice serves an open and loyal atmosphere
and motivates the employees to learn from one another. This is represented in the meetings of
companies where all the company members are indulge to continue and present their skills. As
an independent furniture firm, they have a good interactions with the other manufacturers and the
suppliers (Sarsby, 2016).
ANALYSIS
2.1 SWOT analysis of business
There is a difference among the retail operation which performs far better and the one which
creates the average outcomes year by year. There are couple of furniture retailers who are
employed with the large amount of payment but are still failed as they do not have the focus. So
there is a common way to focus in the business which is through the SWOT analysis that is the
strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. To understand it in detail. The strength and
weaknesses of the ergo chair company are the internal components which means that they are
under the control of the business. They are referring the components of marketing, finance,
manufacturing and the institutes. The threats and the opportunities are the external components.
This means that they are not in control of the business. They might be referring to the
environment, economic status social and technological media.
Strengths: the things your organizations are excelling at doing comes under the strength. The
strength are the value based actions which builds the competitive advantage.
Weaknesses: these are the series of aspects in the business which reduces the value or place the
business at a competitive disadvantage position.
Opportunities: the suitable factors or opportunities in the market place are listed under it.
Threats: the external threats which marks the business statement at a high risk.
The SWOT analysis is also divided into two segments the internal strengths/weakness and the
external opportunities or the threats. This forms the external part of the elements. In addition it

also enables others to rectify the factors at market place outside the activities which might harm
or helps in the future success of the business. Now the strategy statement of the furniture practice
ltd company is specified by having an aim of receiving the total growth of the sales of about 15%
in the yearly sales volume while forming the ranges to 50% entirely. The prime focus were on
the sales per guest which is recorded by the salespeople and the original sales. The results of the
SWOT analysis by the company were many but few were marked as the key ones which can help
up in the business to make up the higher progressions in the business. It was quite obvious that
the actions was under the performance when compared with the competitors. The company has
marked in a healthy market with lot of growth rates. The one and the only way to make them
realize this potential was to build more active, functional team and good process management to
serve the customers (Brooks, Heffner and Henderson, 2014)
2.2 companies are mainly focusing on the social responsibility
These days, whether it be the championing women’s rights or to protect the environment or
attempt to reduce the poverty and so on. From a wide perspective, the companies which are
socially responsible are more attractive to the customers and to the shareholders which in turn
serves more positively to the outside world. The ergo chair market company which is being
socially responsible can improve its own image and build its brand. The socially responsible
companies also tends to attract towards itself the employers who are willing to make a difference
into the world. The social programs which are hosted by this company like the formal corporate
social responsibility programs can encourage an employee’s morale and tend to have progress in
the productivity in the workforce. The social responsibility also encourages the employees to
leverage the resources by the corporates at their disposal for the betterment. The CSR is also
very important for a business and it is applied when the company is operating in an ethical as
well as sustainable way and is dealing with the environmental and social implications effectively.
This means the good consideration of the human rights and the community and the environment
along with the society in which it processes. The CSR is incredibly important for a business or
for the company as it depicts the social responsibility. Though it is not required legally, but it is
considered as the good practice for the people in account of social and the environmental effects.
The responsibility of the society and the ethical operations can guide any business to the success.

possible. From the above discussion it can be cleared out that the consumers are beware of the
importance of the social responsibility in a business and now can positively and actively
participate in operating the products from business ethically (Awais and Samin, 2012).
CSR describes that a business which takes a great interest in the social and the environmental
issues, instead of being focusing only on the impact of the profit ranges, will attract more
customers who are sharing the same values. Hence it is making a better business sense and to
process the business more sustainably. There are few benefits of CSR which are faced by the
company such as the enhanced public image, raised awareness for brand and the identification,
cost savings, the benefits over the competitors, raised customer interactions and more employee
engagement (Maulina and Raharja, 2018).
2.3 Innovation and creativity in business
In the recent time, to manage and fulfil the emerging demand of different customer Ergochair
is doing all the possible ways by offerings them the choice of modernise or modified furniture
(Tresidder and Hirst, 2012). This is the most innovative thing for the customer as they are able to
modify their furniture as per their requirement and make things feel comfortable for a long time.
Some of the other innovative furniture offered by the respective company are listed below:

perspective to build a robust marketing plan (Weiss, 2014).
To maintain customer and help them think positive about their transactions, take the
opportunity to communicate to the new clients. They would tend to be loyal to the brand
as their consumers are supported.
