INTRODUCTION
Ergonomics is defined as the science that include the procedure of designing the
workplace, considering the capabilities as well as limitation of worker. Developing an effective
as well as healthy Ergonomic environment is very significant in order to prevent disease and for
providing relation to back as well as neck.
TASK 1
1. Explaining the requirement for work break and micro break that individual need to comply
Staying in same position for long period and utilising the muscles for much time without
taking rest is not good for health. As it may have great impact on the neck and back. It is very
essential for individual to take break at regular interval of time. The lunch and Tea break allow
person to increase their working capability as well as capacity. It also provides them a chance to
relax their body and reduce the stress of work (Mgbemena, Tiwari, Xu, Oyekan and Hutabarat,
2017)
Micro Breaks are the interval for the duration of two minutes. This types of short break
allows person to provide rest to their body. The person get times to relax their body which wil
assist them in increasing their speed of work and improving the quality of work. It also enables
individual to renew their focus (Kroemer,2017)
2. The benefits of having a style guide when developing a desktop Publication
The advantages of using a style guide when developing a desktop application the
individual can raise the productivity, reducing the cost of production, enhancing the appearance
or presentation of documents (Maxwell, 2017.) .It also helps person in improving the level of
creativity and developing the customised as well as attractive desktop Publication. A style
procedure or guide allows enterprise to achieve consistency and improve the quality of its
documents. It also provides employees to effectively producing material with incurring extra
cost.It also provides workers an opportunity to reduce style issues (Webb, 2017)
3. Explanation
A) Organisational requirement- The Enterprise is required to develop customer relationship
management software or management information system. The customer relationship
management software will help firm in maintaining the data related to their clients and
contacting them in the future. Management information system will assist manager in
organisation in maintaining important information or data related to the business (Yagjian, 2017)

B) Task based requirement-For instance Task parallel library is the software specially designed
for facilitating task in systematic and effective manner. This is the parallel Invoke method that is
required to be used by individual in order to conduct or perform task in convenient way. Using
this software the person can execute many arbitrary statement concurrently. The simplest way to
develop these delegate is to utilise Lambda expression. The following illustration demonstrate a
basic Invoke disposition that built and starts two tasks that run concurrently. The first task is
represented by a lambda expression (Zohuri and Moghaddam, 2017)
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the report that Taking the small break in the middle of the
working helps the person in renewing their focus and increasing their working capacity. Break is
very essential as it allows individual to relax their muscles and works. It also provides person an
opportunity to improve their quality of performance and getting satisfaction from work.
