The project is development of an ERP system for managing the information of the services, equipments, and
medicines in the health industry. The project would provide the development of the improvement of the
activities of the data and service delivery in the organization. The analysis of the project management
concepts would be implied for forming the development of the information system. The health organization
would require the use of advanced technology and process for the management of the huge amount of data
and information processing in the organization. The management of the operations would be eased due to the
implication of the effective and improved processing and development. The integrated data system would be
helpful in implying the effective data management for the health organization. The project would form the
integration of the operation and formation of the support and development for the health industries.
The scope of the project would involve the management of the large amount of data and information present
in the health industry on a single platform and the management of the effective and improved project
operations. The development of the project scope can be developed for the deployment of smart project
management concepts and principles for the development of the operations. The hardware requirements of
the project are the computer devices, network components, testing tools, storage database, equipments, and
basic infrastructure. The software requirements of the project are the network application, testing software,

Payment Schedule
The project is scheduled for the development of the effective and improved ERP system development and it is
based on fixed price term project contract. The software development projects require the cost payment at the
milestones.
The resources required for the project include project manager, developer, IT engineer, planner, budgeter,
analyst, database administrator, computer system, software, and hardware components. The overall cost of the
project comprises of the fixed cost of the materials and the salary given to the human resources of the project.
Sub-Contractors

The project is an IT based software development project and it would involve the use of advanced technology
for the integration of the operations. However, the use of the IT development would have to face the following

II. Stakeholders:
The stakeholders of the project are,
Developer the software developer is the responsible for the development of the software and programming
the functions of the ERP system relevant for the health industry.
IT engineer the IT engineer is helpful for the major development of the system design and analyzing the
system requirement and configuration for the ERP system implication
Planner the planner is responsible for the developing the project plan for the ERP system implementation
and scheduling of the project
Budgeter the budgeter helps in forming the development of the project budget and resource allocation
Analyst the analyst is responsible for the analysis of the client’s requirements
Database administrator the database administrator develops a storage system and integrates the database
with the data available for Health Industry.
III. Applicable Standards:
The applicable standard for the development of the ERP system is ACS policies, principles, and rules. The
organization would have to follow the Australian WHS policies for ensuring the successful completion of the
project.
IV. Acceptance Criteria:
The acceptance criteria for the project of implementing ERP system are,

 Completion of the project in estimated time and budget
 Database would be helpful for easing the operations of the organization
V. Special Requirements or out of scope items:
The project needs to follow the Privacy and Security of the information while transferring the data from storage
to the integrated database of ERP. It is mandatory for ensuring that the violation of the privacy and infiltration
of the database would not occur.
