organization round the world have become very much complex in nature and their business
needs are not supported by any kind of single information system. At present the information
system are considered to be a critical part of successful organization. Management is mainly
divided into three parts that is strategic, mid-management and lastly operational. Information
systems generally provide a high level or value of computer automation in large number of
business function like accounting, finance, operation, human resources management and
marketing (Ptak and Schragenheim, 2016). Different organization round the globe needs to be
agile and flexible and also require to have proper kind of information system for integration.
In the coming pages of the report an idea has been provide regarding the present subject
of the various organization. The problems or opportunity which are encountered has been
discussed in details. After that an analysis has been done regarding the nature of enterprise

that is changing business process for matching with functionality of the software and EPR should
be modified or changed in such a way that it can easily adjust or change with the various
business process. An ERP system mainly consists of various kinds of components like server and
peripherals for hardware, operating system and database that can be used for various kinds of
software processes. Information which is gathered from various kinds of internal and external
sources (Efe, 2016). With the help of ERP system various kinds of data and functionality are
taken in consideration and this ultimately improves the overall quality of data that is provided.
Security of data and application is mainly improved for better control and hardware
centralization.
