Introduction
This report aims to provide the business proposal for the company ABC organisation.
The detailed project scope statement is provided in this report. A detailed literature review is
conducted for understanding the ERP solutions. The cost benefit analysis is provided in this
report. Lastly, an appropriate conclusion is provided for the report.
The considered ABC organisation is conducting its business in several business areas
and intends to enhance their business working with the implementation of the ERP solutions.
The business of the ABC organisation is like the TUMI with the similar infrastructure and the
capital. This would help the organisation to explore new markets and provide new business
products to the customers of the organisation.
Project scope statement
This project would implement the ERP solutions in the ABC organisation for
allowing the improvement of their business process and their working style. The project
would be completed within the allocated time and would not exceed the allocated budget for
the project.
Literature review
Enterprise Resource Planning is the business process management software which
allows the utilisation of the system of the integrated applications for the management of the
business and the automation by the organisation of several functions of the back office that
are associated with the services, technology and the human resources (López and Ishizaka
2017). The software of ERP commonly integrates the various processes of the organisation
that includes the planning of the product, development, manufacturing, marketing, sales in
the sole database, user interface and the application (Elmonem, Nasr and Geith 2016). The

ERP software has been considered as the kind of the enterprise application, which is the
software designed for the utilisation by the larger organisations and the business that often
requires the dedicated teams for the customisation and the analysis of the data and for
handling the upgrades and the deployment. There are several benefits of the implementation
of the ERP in the organisation. Some of the advantages of the ERP solutions are:
 Focused IT costs: even though the ERP could be considered as the large investment for
the businesses, it could help in the combining of the costs of the IT and hence lead to the
improvement of the efficiency (Peng and Gala 2014). Rather than spending the significant
resources on the several systems, which all requires the dedicated staff, support teams,
licenses and the infrastructure, the company could focus on one software and gain the
benefits.
 Complete visibility: The software provides the selling point for the software. The ERP
permits the complete access to each of the crucial process in the business by the creation
of the data from each of the department readily available for the employees and the
organisation (Mezghani 2014).
Even though the ERP provides several benefits for the organisation, there are several
limitations while utilisation of the ERP software. Some of the limitations of the utilisation of
the ERP software are:
 Customisation degree: The customisation degree of the Enterprise Resource Planning
setup could be considered as extensively restricted, as it consists of the modification of
the entire business processes. The flexibility of the setup could be considered as
extensively dependent on brand of the software that is being utilised (Weng and Hung
2014).

 Inter connectivity of the department: The implementation of the common platform for
working could be advantageous for the organisation, but it might comprise of several
limitations that could affect the working of the organisation. The inefficiency of any one
team could immensely affect the working of the entire section of the business (Kulkarni et
al. 2015).
It is recommended to the organisation to be upgraded with the ERP solution for
allowing the enhancement of the business processes and the integration of several business
process into one platform for allowing the better working of the organisation. It would lead to
the complete customisation of all the business process of the business (Venkatraman and
Fahd 2016). The efficiency of the organisation in working among several diverse markets
would increase immensely with the enhanced business functions. The company would be
able to provide the better customer support for the issues of the customers of the organisation.
As the ERP software provides the enhanced centralisation and the streamlining of the
informations of the client, the sales team would have the ability of focusing on the creation

organisations in lower cost. The customisation of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP by the
Microsoft Corporation is significantly enhanced and it provides the most extensive
integration platform from any other ERP solutions. The security of the SAP ERP is most
extensive as it provides the enhanced storage space using the cloud and it includes the
security mechanisms that are not found in any other ERP software. The customer services is
most enhanced in the Syspro ERP and it mostly preferred by the organisation in the
hospitality sector where the issues of the clients are received regularly. It enables the correct
resolving of the issues using the proper mechanism and ensure that the issues are not
encountered again. The collaboration is significantly enhanced by the Deskera ERP that helps
in the combination of the various business departments using the common platform.
The ERP solution that would be most feasible for the business is the NetSuite ERP as
it provides the easy integration module and the platform that is provided by this software is

maintenance of the ERP software is low.

Working mechanisms of the phishing attacks
The phishing could be described as the kind of the attack that is designed for the
tricking or even coercing the targets into the divulging the confidential or the sensitive data to
the unauthorised users (Alsharnouby, Alaca and Chiasson 2015). In some situations, the
attackers utilise the phishing mechanism for gaining the login credentials, financial
information and the company data using the illegal methods. The attackers utilise the bait
mechanisms and trick the users to provide the confidential information to the illegal users.
The attackers launch this kind of the attack using the phishing kit that is the bundle of the
phishing website resources and the tools which are required only to be installed on the server.
As soon as the kit has been installed, the attacker requires to send out the emails to the
potential victims. The phishing kits and the mailing kits are majorly utilised for launching the
phishing attacks (Wu, Du and Wu 2016). The working principle of the phishing attacks could
vary as per the attack types. Even though the phishing attacks could vary, there are some
aspects that remains the same, which are the exploitation of the human nature instead of the
system vulnerabilities and the spoofing of the trusted identity. The victim who has been

targeted receives the phishing email by the URL link or any attachment purporting to be from
any trusted sender like the bank or any business. For the URL phishing attacks, the email
message might require from the customers to log in the financial or the service account
(Chaudhry, Chaudhry and Rittenhouse 2016). As soon as the recipient clicks on the URL
link, the victims are then taken to the fake webpage that looks mostly similar to the site of the
intended organisation that is being imitated by the attacker. The attackers also perform the
leveraging of the attachments for delivering the malicious software or macros, which
executes when the users opens the document or enables the contents. The malware is installed
by the open attachments on the machine of the user, which could allow the attacker to steal
the information or even take the control of the entire system (Wright et al. 2014).
Conclusion
Therefore, it can be concluded that the ABC organisation could implement the
software of ERP for enhancing their several business process. The most feasible ERP
