the execution of the requirements. This phase has

project plan. The phase has been controlled by the
project leader.

this phase.

Control and monitoring:
•Control and monitoring phase is about the evaluation of
the project. The feedback is given by the project
manager after the evaluation.

Closing of the project:
•The closing of the project has decided when:

process helped to solve those problems.

Selection of right methodology:
From the experience of the development of
the project, I can understand that the
selection of the proper methodology is
important for the success of the project. In
