In this particular report, it is required to analyze case study for determining how
Enterprise Resource Planning Software is used to enhance the business services. The report is
consisted a detail elaboration related to the scope of the ERP system by which it offers
several features for the betterment of the business service. The discussion is carried related to
how ERP can be implemented in the business structure. The report is discussed about the
current business problems which are limiting by the approached systems. In order to support
the mentioned statement the discussion is consisted of a brief analysis on the change
management activities. Lastly, this report is concluded by stating how the implementation of
ERP can mitigate the current business problems as well as how the incorporation of ERP will
drive a business to its desired success.
Purpose and scope of ERP in business structure:
After successfully analysing the case scenario it has been noticed that considering the
current limitations due to the utilization of conventional business operations in order to
perform the business activities which has been identified by analysis of the previous actions
of an organization. Thus, according to this case study it has been noticed that it is highly
essential to incorporate the enterprise resource planning in order to enhance the business
services. Followed by this it has been noticed that there is a significant impact of the
utilization of SAP R/3 tool, which is one of the effective as well as popular ERP tools. The
ERF tools are consisted features to effectively integrate the supply chain management, and
enhancement in the service quality. It helps in effective decisions for the betterment of the
business performance of the targeted business structure. According to the case study it has
been noticed that there are several enterprise resource planning tool present in the market
who can resolve the arising business problems. Thus, considering the current business

problems it can be stated that it is highly essential to mitigate those risks in order to get
effective services from the organization. Those risk includes the uncertainty of the customer
demands, financial management, information monitoring, data analysis, customer services.
Followed by this limitations present in the current business platform ERP offers various
features in order to mitigate the limitations. Those features include the aspects of machine
automation, effective data analysis process; and information monitoring is related to the ERP
systems. Along the above aspects it also offers effective customer relationship management
and the financial support by efficiently identifying the preferable market demand and the
requirement which can invokes the success of the business.
Evaluation of the implementation of the ERP in the business structure:
According to the case study it has been noticed that the incorporation of the effective
ERP system implementation is highly essential for the betterment of the business system.
Followed by the studies the organization Comp Group has introduced a new ERP
implementation process in which is initiated by the analysis of the current business problems
and the analysis of the conventional business methodologies. Followed by this the
implementation process will further proceed by analysing the business need. The business
requirements will provide a brief idea about how the organization will be able to address key
aspects which are essential for the enhancement of the business services. Followed by this it
has implemented the desired ERP system into the business structure which holds all the
desired aspects to meet the business goals. While considering the implementation process it
has been noticed that in the mentioned case study the researcher has effectively analysed all
the requirements in order to deploy an effective ERP system. Considering the mentioned
aspects the analysis of the business scenario has provided the knowledge about the occurred
risks. The identified risks are included highly expensive conventional methods; inflexible
system utilization along with that the risk related to the human fault also cannot be avoided.

researcher has also mentioned several strategies along with its benefits. While analysing the
above aspects it has been noticed that the incorporation of the application software strategy
help to enhance the information portability. It invokes the integration of the organizational
activities. Followed by this the incorporation of the Data strategy is has been noticed that it
has effectively invokes the strategy of the data analysis and data monitoring system which
holds an effective impact towards the decision making approach of the business. Along with
that it offers effective data transmission process which also has significant impact towards the
betterment of the organizational services. After analysing all aspects related to the ERP
implementation in this case study it can be stated that it will be very beneficial for the
business while incorporating the ERP in their business structure. The ERP implementation
offers several features like data analysis, data integrations as well as the effective data
transmission. Thus, according to my point of view the decision to incorporate the ERP in the
business drives the business success to its desired business goal.
Analysis of the Change management:
This section is prepared in order to effectively analyse the change management due to
the incorporation of the enterprise resource planning for the betterment of the business
services. Followed by the aspects to analyse the change management it is essential to develop
a sponsorship team which will provide the support to incorporate the approached system by
replacing the conventional methods. Followed by this a significant difference has been
accounted in the organizational services related to the financial management process since
ERP has offered effective methods in order to enhance the accounts management in the
organization. Along with that this approach has effectively modified the decision making
process as ERP has offered effective data observation as well as data analysis process by
which it enables efficient decision making approach of the targeted organization. Followed

by this it has been also identified that the incorporation of the ERP in the business services
has made significant change in the involvement of as well as the activities of the stakeholders
present in the organization. There is analysing of the change in the participation of the
stakeholders including the internal as well as the external stakeholders. It has been noticed
that due to the incorporation of the ERP, the employment has been reduced in the
organization structure to handle all the mentioned operations as well as the customers. Due to
adoption of ERP system into the business organization, the organization gets benefits by
receiving most customizable as well as fastest delivery from the organization. Thus, from the
analysis of the change management due to the incorporation of the approached application
the organization as well as the stakeholders gets benefits from the implementation of the
approached process.
Conclusion:
Lastly it can be concluded that this paper has effectively elaborated the scope and
features of the enterprise resource planning in order to mitigate the raised problems in the
current business platforms. In order to support the above discussion this report has effectively
elaborated the implementation process of the ERP in the business structure by successfully
elaborating the key aspects which needs to be addressed by the approached application.
Followed by the abovediscussion it has also described that change management by relating
the organizational activities as well as the stakeholder incorporation and benefits. Hence,
from the above paper it can be stated that there is significant impact on the incorporation of
the ERP system in order to mitigate the business problems.
