Target Organization or Industry: The organization “ABC Pvt. Ltd.” uses manual system in order to manage the
functions as well as operations of the company. Due to the utilization of manual system for managing the various
business procedures, the company faces number of issues as well as challenges that are elaborated below:
Problem#1: The use of manual system within the company increases inconsistency in data entry and enhances the
room for errors by miskeying information.
Problem#2: The utilization of manual system consumes much time in preparing reports.
Problem#3: Duplication of data entry is considered as one of the significant problem that the company is facing due
to the use of manual system.
2.0 SIGNIFICANCE
The challenges that the company “ABC Pvt. Ltd.” is facing can be resolved by implementing an ERP system within
the organization. It is identified that ERP system not only helps in resolving the issues that the company is facing but it
generally assists in improving the workflow of the organization by streamlining the business procedure. The additional
