INTRODUCTION
Project design can be defined as an early phase of the project where major key features,
structure, success criteria and major deliverables are planned out. It helps in implementation and
evaluation of projects in effective manner. The current research is based on project design,
implementation and evaluation. Regarding this, project has been chosen Access Group of UK
which is a software consultancy and developer. It offers number of business software to
organizations of UK (Schenkelberg, Kieny Bianco and Koff, 2015). These software are relevant
to finance, expense, business intelligence, CRM, human resource, CRM, etc. The current study
will focus on new product development project. As per the given case study a trainee design
engineer is accountable for designing, implementation and evaluation of this project. The current
research will include a detail description of the project formulation process. Afterwards project
manager will develop an implementation plan within agreed project specification. Further, focus
will also be given on evaluation and presentation of the project outcomes. Overall, the current
study will describe a very systematic process of designing, implementation, management and
evaluation of a new ERP system for Access Group of UK.

At the time of development of ERP solution project manager of Access needs to develop
appropriate record of different activities which are required for completing this project.
