The project management report is related with effective implementation of integrated
ERP software in JyoitVLC pty Ltd. The project manager have prepared the report for this
presenting project integration stating requirement of project is SWOT and objective, roles
approaches to be followed to achieve the objectives. The work breakdown structure is outlined 9
months the time to complete the project. The risk are identified through SWOT analysis which
are related to project. The threat losing edge over competitors and in effective implementation of
ERP risk are identified. Ethical issues are determined in assigning responsibility to each
department mangers and developing respect, fairness in implementation of the integrated ERP
software by each department of organisation.
INTRODUCTION
The present case study is related with the development of a ERP solution within JoytiVIC
Pty Ltd by 2020. The project is related with integration and management of all activities and
flows in a single project. The implementation of the ERP software is not providing them comfort
due to restriction on liberty of conducting their activities. Due to improper implication the
consumers and management are dissatisfied and also the competitors are gaining advantages
from their older functioning regarding lack of transparency among internal stakeholders and
consumer satisfaction. The project manager have prepared the report over analysing this case and
intended to effective implementation of software within organisation in 9 months. This will be
achieved thorough project integration, defining scope statement and identification of risk along
with ethical analysis.

A VRP software is being implemented in JoytiVIC Pty Ltd by 2020 with an objective to
bring in a single software within organisation to enhance integration among different
departments and operations of company. The integration is required to in order to gain better

departments, reporting and others possibilities regarding speed delivery, order of goods along
with identification of ordered stock and enhancing costumers satisfaction.

over the integration and transparency development in communication.
RISK IDENTIFICATION
The risk related to the project have been identified through SWOT analysis under which
threats and weaknesses depicted risk related to project (Project Risk Identification For New

completion of project on time, not gaining edge over competitors after implementation of
project, lack of clarity regarding software in the departments, lack of integration by department
