paper consists of the possible roles of system of ERP. This paper includes background
information and the objective of this paper and discusses the role of system of ERP in the
business processes. It also includes scope of the report. The background information and
scope of the ERP in the process of business are discussed in introduction section. Next part of
the report is about the possible functions of the ERP. This section consists of the present
requirements, the opportunities and the problems of the organization. Short overview of the
ERP system is also discussed in this section along with the possible functions of ERP system
for addressing the requirements, opportunities and problems of the organization. This section
includes also system modules of ERP that is appropriate for organization.
Options of system architecture of ERP that is suitable for the organization is also
discussed in this section, such as the benefits and the limitation of ERPs based on cloud with
respect to the organization. Next section discusses about BPR system and the changes in the
processes of business. Overview of the BPR and the process used in this paper is discussed
under this section. The business processes that is used by the organization is also discussed
under this section. This section also includes the suggested changes for the processes of
business of the organization and these suggested changes could be implemented in the
organization. The information and functional requirements of the “future” business processes
are also discussed. Benefits and reasons for these changes are also discussed as well. Next
section is the implementation part of ERP in the business. This section consists of brief
overview of the implementation methodology of ERP in the business as well as comparison
are made with chocolate and vanilla implementation. This section also provides the
implementation options that are suitable for the organization.

the organization as well as the future steps which could be taken by the organization on
project of ERP.
Learning Experience over teamwork skills
This project helped me to achieve much more knowledge about ERP systems and how
it could impact the business processes within the organization. This project helped me to
communicate with other team members. This project helped to achieve problem solving skills
and also helped in group development for achieving the goals of the team. Communication
between all the team members was very good and this helped to achieve the objectives of the
team more easily. This project helped me to learn a lot of new things and also helped to work
better in a group.
