This action research project investigates effective strategies for teaching English to non-native speaking children aged 4-6 in a kindergarten setting. The research identifies challenges such as pronunciation difficulties, lack of confidence, and stuttering. It explores activities like games, storytelling, and music to enhance language skills. Teaching strategies such as the direct method and audio-lingual approaches are examined, along with factors that improve teaching skills and build student confidence. The project includes action research planning tools (ARPTs) for data collection, analysis, and implementation, addressing ethical considerations and outlining future steps. The aim is to identify problems, determine influencing factors, highlight strategic teaching practices, and suggest solutions for non-native learners.
