Inspiration Essay 1
As we grow up, we will set some goals to follow our dream and in order to strengthen that
dream, we will follow the person who is seen as the most inspiring one in our life. He is seen as
the role model of our career, whenever we see him and listen to his words, we will get the strong
feeling that I can do something in my life, and that person is seen as the most inspiring person of
our life.
In my life, I also met with the person, who acts as an inspiration for me. This person is having all
the qualities like Competence, Caring, and Character which make him differentiated from others.
This person is named as Peter John, who is acting as a professor in my University of Carolina.
He taught us communication strategies and tactics in management.
Peter is seen as the teacher who succeeds in every aspect of teaching, he easily recognizes
students, who try to be good students. Secondly, he always is able to take risks as in one
trimester he does not assign the textbook for the writing class, instead of that he asks students for
writing their own textbooks. As his students inspire him a lot they recognize the risk of the
professor and work hard which show the success of both the teacher and students.
In terms of competency, he is seen as the active learner as he not only restrict himself with
teaching only but he is seen as the active learner by being active in the array of professional,
legal, ethical and professional in the subject that they taught to their students. I always seen him
involved with the subject matter after the formal ending of coursework. This competency is
shown in terms of his passion as he is always ready to help their students in their learning
process, by infecting their students with the love of learning.
In terms of caring his teaching trait is in the form of parenting. Peter is also good in this aspect as
he cares about their student’s welfare, by knowing their problems, insecurities, and potential and

provide them with solutions. Part of caring also includes trust, and in Peter, I always saw a carer
who always share their insights with their students for providing appreciation to the students by
sharing their own experiences which motivate us as his students.
In terms of credibility, he always shows his concern towards the belief of their students by
valuing their relationships as a teacher and student. He never insults any student, even if the
individual is lacking in knowledge or skills.
To conclude the reflection, I want to say that Peter is having all the three C’s, which make them
a credible person as my teacher. He is my inspiration because I also focus on these factors and as
my teacher, Peter always motivates me in my studies with the love of learning, which inculcates
credibility in me towards him.
