Every child, member and parent is considered as the member of the society and has
different requirements. It is important for the parents to understand and engage with their
children in order to know he needs and requirements and act accordingly which can be helpful in
their development. Childhood is considered as the universal feature of the human life and is the
natural stage for the development of the children. At this stage it is important for the parents to
understand and communicate which can be helpful in their development and also builds healthy
relation with the parents. The essay is based on the children, young people and families and
covers the concept of childhood and various key elements of the family life and childhood.
Various changes in the life of the children is also reflected in the essay and factors that can help

century the state is totally different and things changed and was believed that children who are
born in the poor families were expected to work as soon as they can and manage the
responsibility of the house. On the contrary the Brando, (2022) stated that in those times the
discipline was strict and punishment was normal. It has been observed that in 19th century, many
families put their children to work in the farms as labour for their survival but in case of the
wealthy children was different. But in the present century, the situation is totally different is
reflected as the modern childhood. In the present times, teachers and parents both work together
and put their efforts for the development of their kids. It is seen that teachers, communities and
parents work together so that their children can easily be able to communicate and also for their
further development. According to the Moody, and Darbellay, (2019), today also there are many
places where the children who are born in poor families have to work for their survival. Several
children today don’t have access to education due to the poor situation of the family. In the
present time and due to the advancement in the technology has created opened various options
for the children that can helps in their development.
