The climate change is the major global challenge for the world now a days. The climate
change is defined as the change in the Earths climate condition. This is explained as the changes
in the atmosphere which has been taken place over the period, ranging from decades to million
of years. As day by day the global temperature is increasing which is impacting in the
atmosphere. It is identified that the Earths climate has always changed and evolved. The changes
in the climate may be possible due to the natural causes such as volcanic eruptions, floods,
forest fires etc. the climate change is is long term shift within the temperature and weather
patterns. The burning of fossil fuels generates greenhouse gas emissions which act like a blanket
which is wrapped around the Earth. The climate change within the environment can lead to
several changes in human activities and this can be responsible for the changes in the operating
of the business activities. As it has been observed there is the greenhouses gases because of the
high temperature around the world. In today's world the health of the people matter of a lot
where the environment need to be safe and the increase in the amount of use of plastic poly bags
is creating the bad environment for the people and the animals. The environment need to be keep
safe for the better lifestyle where an individual is responsible for the safe environment. (Wu, and
et.al., , 2019)
There are various causes of the climate change which can be natural causes. But it has
been identified that the human activities is also affecting the environment. There are various
human activities such as deforestation, burning of fossil fuels which is impacting the

environment. As the cutting down of trees by human in order to build for their own purposes and
benefit is harming the natural beauty of the earth. There are several other activities which is been
practices by the business organisation which is causes the environment.(El Alfy, A. and Weber,
O., 2019) The business organisation using the plastic poly bags and the manufacturing process
of the products and services can harm the environment. As is has been analysed the huge
factories producing the various products is generating the amount of gases which can impact the
livelihood of the people living around. The excess use of the natural resources also can impact
the environment and lead to the climate change. As it is identified that there is less water on
Earth because the more use of the water by the individual is increasing and the producing units is
not able to generate water. (Agrawal, and et.al., 2018)
It is very important for the business organisation to consider the sustainable development
in order to save environment from the harmful and negative impacts. The human activities is
very much impactful for the climate change. As the weather and the amount of heat is produced
because there is more use of the vehicles by the individual which is leading to more pollution
around the world. This is considered as one of the major aspect for the climate change where the
human are responsible for the pollution. As there is change in the lifestyle where people are busy
in their own schedule and without vehicles people cannot travel. This has lead to the climate
change in the negative way. From the few report it is identified that each house has at least two
vehicles which can be due to the status or anything. (Singh, L.P. and Padhi, A., 2020). The more
use of vetchlings can create the more climatic change because of the pollution. It is very
important for the business organisation to be ethical while operating the different activities in
order to achieve the goals and objective sin an effective manner. The environment and
sustainability are the terms which is used together where there is the huge responsibility of
organisations in sustainability development. (Wang, Q., Li, S. and Li, R., 2019)
The changes in the climate change have a diverse impact over the business organisation.
As there are certain businesses such as tourism sector which is totally dependent over the
climate. There is the financial risk of the climate change over the business organisation. As the
change in the weather can impact the tourism sector where the heavy rains during monsoon can
impact the travel agency.(Anastas, P.T., 2019). As people travel here and there and the bad
weather conditions can stop people from moving around which can impact the tourism sector.
These causes are not in the hand of the human. But practising the ethical ways in order to to

conduct businesses an individual can try to save the environment from from the natural
calamities. (Gramatakos, A.L. and Lavau, S., 2019)
It is very important for the individual to practice certain activities in order to control over
the harmful impact. There are various responsibility of the human being for the climate change
which can be controlled. An individual can focus on the the recycle and reuse of the products
which has been purchased once. (Moshood, T.D., Nawanir, G. and Mahmud, F., 2022). The
individual can focus on their lifestyle where they can consume the vegan food and stop the use of
the animal products. It is very important that the human activities can impact the environment in
positive way. If the human try to travel by walking from the shorter distance and this can help in
reducing the pollution. It has been identified that there is the huge cause de to the pollution
which is the respiratory diseases to the human beings. by identifying the causes of the pollution
within the environment it is becoming the matter of concern for the people living in this world. It
is very important for the human to take control over the use of the resources which is the step
forward for the saving of environment from harmful effects. The business organisations and their
operating activities is impacting the climate and where the organisations are responsible for
developing such practices which is leading to sustainability. As the future generations can be
impacted to to this ongoing climatic conditions where it is the responsibility of the present
people to make sure of the use of the resources effectively and beneficently. (Li, J. and Lin, B.,
2019)

From the above report it has been concluded that environment and sustainability is most
important aspect which need to be understand by an individual. It is very important or an
individual to practice the sustainable development in order to to effective and efficient. There are
various climate change causes which can be de to the natural calamities or human activities. It
has been identified that the main is the human activities which is impacting the environment. It is
very important for the human to take few steps in order to reduce the amount of gases producing
