INTRODUCTION
This story is in regard to identifying the policies of the development in kids as well as the
students that will bring about the entities of nurturing them.
PART A
The story basically focuses on two children who take admission in primary school. Both students
are creative and innovative who wishes to learn new things. The teacher is supposed to teach the
students about the concept of difference. There are various ways in which this concept can be
taught by using the practical examples. Among both the children, both are females but the
concept of difference can be taught as one of the female loves to wear masculine clothes and also
the behaviour of a boy can be seen in one of the girl in her language, actions etc.
Being girls, there is a lot of difference in the personality of two kids. When one of the children
speaks make use of the vocabulary. All the children also make jokes regarding her but she could
not do anything because from birth she used to speak like this. There are a set of students in a
classroom of primary school and these are being addressed by both these students which is
oriented with the theme of difference. Mrs Elena is the class teacher for a class of 50 students
who is more into deriving the standard as well as the aspect that are to be incorporated into
student. She always scolds the other children making fun of the girl. This helps in inculcating
good values in children without supporting their nuisances.

This class is so oriented with everyday phenomenal aspects and the practices that will have to be
improved in them that the students in the classroom were asked to bring about an assignment
which is given to two people as a batch. In this regard Ms. Kevin who is one of the students in
the class as well as Ms. Amanda are paired up in order to do the assignment. They both support
each other because they understood each other.

As soon as they were given the assignment of writing a essay that is oriented with a reliable story
they both started working together and shared their ideas and ideologies. Just then a negotiation
started in each of the minds that they started giving ideas that are apart from the assessment
which left them in a conflict.
This conflict paved way into such a massive destruction that the topic they were discussing was
not thoroughly enhanced by them as an end result. They have to deal with an essay that will
bring about the onset of a tree which is fully grown from the time it is being planted in the
ground. This conflict has been so massive that both of their ideas for not discussed properly and
they gave the assignment with two different perceptions for one topic.

This means that it is not concluded in a proper way and when they were to do this experiment
practically it achieved a massive failure. Through this story which is being portrayed the
difference in ideologies because of their personal opinions have resulted in the orientation of the
result. Though there was a difference in the dressing sense and behaviour of the girls, they
supported each other which do not encouraged other children to make fun of one of them. This is
how; difference in the children can be taught through this easily and will also give a good lesson
to the students to support each other in difficult times.
This story portrays the fact that when support and cooperation is incorporated in the organisation
or a workplace it is necessary that people will have to collaborate with each other to express their
thoughts and ideas for a good result that can also achieve them a mark of being the best. All the
children also got to know about the concept of difference and also learnt a lesson for supporting
each other.

This story mostly connects to the social as well as the

is necessary that the emotional conflicts will not lead to
certain entities that will be a massive destruction. This criteria
has resulted in a result which is a failure and that is something

2017). People will have to be emotionally motivated when
they get to understand the fact that support will build the
entity which is required. Therefore the social as well as the
emotional terminologies as well as the factors are being
conveyed through this story.
Behaviour
Behaviour is one of the formulation that will yield good
results. behaviour is important when dealing with people
around because it is not until when a person is well oriented
with the onset of criteria and the personal manners that will
have to be portrayed that gets to understand the result. When
people are being in a tender age it is necessary that they will
have to incorporate manners to such an extent that it gets
portrayed on a long-term performance. If the child did not
support the other one then the other one would get
demotivated and can lose their self confidence and esteem.
Therefore in the story the behaviour aspect is being portrayed
as one of the important criteria where the students will have
to collaborate with each other by not maintaining a gap that
might result in clash of their ideologies. Behaviour will have
to lift up the choices and not to degrade is what is being
conveyed in the story (Song and et.al, 2020).
Language is a crucial factor that will have to be developed
from a very tender age. When it is not a proper language and
communication becomes difficult and people might take it in

a wrong sense. This will entirely result in issues that will also
bring up failure. While dealing with people it is necessary that
they will have to first understand the other people's opinion
and there is a kind of way or a strategy in order to talk and
communicate. Language plays a major role and there are also
certain misconceptions that will take place because of the
merging of language (Boogert and et.al, 2018). People will
not be able to communicate properly with each other and that
will reflect upon their choices and sometimes they get
offended by the fact that they are not able to understand the
process for the formulations. These kind of personal problems
will arise as a part of language. Therefore the story will
portray the essence of language and the importance of how far
it will have to be ensured while dealing with people man
working on a collaborative basis. All the mind that is one of
the prominent factor yet there are also certain components
that will revolve around her for the project or stipulated
analysis is carry forwarded and that is being portrayed in this
report.
EFFECT ON DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS
Babies (0-1) The pictures that are displayed will be catchy since the babies
although they cannot understand the scenario yet they can
percept the pictures that there is a difference in the dressing
sense of both girls.
Toddlers (1-3) The toddlers will try to bring about the concept by naming
them with their respective names and the scenario of support
and coordination can be guessed.
Pre-Schoolers (3-5) These students will understand the scenario with the help of
the pictures and they can start practicing the theme that
supporting each other can bring results.

Early school (5-8) These students will bring out the essence as they imbibe the
ideology of the story by understanding them and practicing.
