Learning experience is any kind of interaction or a course or any kind of learning, people had
in their entire lives due to any activity occurred in their school life, personal life and
professional life (Edelman et al., 2010). I was very inspired by my learning experiences
which I had experienced in my school life. As a student I was given an assignment in my
school to write about myself and my family in detail. This leads me to know about my
learning abilities and this had also leads me to increase interaction from my family as well.
During that interaction my parents told me so much about my strengths and weakness. This
includes many aspects like career advices, how can I develop an ability to manage my time
and how can I become a good learner. During the passage of time these weakness had
become one of my biggest strengths, this made a very good counsellor in giving career
advices to new students who are very confused about their career choices.
My journey about my life had just started by making a choice of subject in the school life.
That was the first time I had faced a difficulty about a career. There are so many people
belong to so many fields giving many kinds of opinions about the career. This made me
confused about the career choices. After getting so many advices from the different people I
had come to know about the right choice which had not proven a good career choice for me. I
was very good in studies so my family, friends, and teachers also suggested me to take
science as a subject. I was not interested in that field at all. So, I researched about the place
where I can get all the answers to my questions about the career choice, but at that time there
is no such institution which can guide me about this (Topîrceanu and Grosseck, 2017). So,
other people think that science is the best choice for me at that time. I opted for science as a
subject.
This choice only helped me in making myself more habitual of study. This happened because
I had struggled a lot in understanding the subject. At first I was not even getting any idea of
how I am going to study. I used to love learning new things in life. This problem made me
research about how I should study. In order to do that at first I had taken help of my parents,
my father had told me that the process of learning is not limited to school or teachers. He is
the one who had introduced me to the self-learning as a concept. Self- learning means that the
person can teach himself in their own without taking any guidance from any other teacher.
This had leaded me to deeply understand the meaning of science as a subject matter (Foley
and O' Connor, 2013).
I was good in studies so I qualified with a good grade from the high school. Then, the next
problem was in front of me which am that I want to know about a good career choice after
the High school. As per my parent’s lessons, I had researched about the career choices in
order to find the best one for me. I came to know about so much during that time. This had
leaded me to find and explore about many career choices. During the process I get the brief
idea about the major career choices available at that time, the most opted choice and most
demanded career choices in the market (Simmons, Wiklund and Levie, 2014). All this time,
parents had supported me a lot. So, after all the research I decided to do Bachelors in science
field because I was very much aware and known to that field. During my graduation time, I
had observed that career choice is a major problem for all the students. I had analysed this
during the time of my batchers. So, I decided to solve this problem. After my bachelors I

decided to become an entrepreneur by starting a website which gives career advices and
counselling’s to students and solves the most important problems occur in the student’s life.
My problems lead me in creating the website. This includes time management, best career
choice for the students by conducting many tests relate to personality which helps the
students to analyse about their potential qualities, their strengths and weakness, the study
guides that includes the tried and tested methods of choosing the best career option for the
students (Portillo and Cowley, 2011). This eventually results to make a good career choice
for them. I had created solutions for all of my problems to an opportunity of starting a new
venture which not gives profits but also helps many students in deciding their future
prospects and to find the best career choice for them.
Learning process is the journey that starts with the individuals, groups and organizations
development and learning from their mistakes which leads them to analyse the solutions of
their problems (Morin and Bellack, 2015). My learning process starts with the initial
problems I had faced while opening an enterprise. As an entrepreneur firstly I had faced the
problem of acceptance as parents are not ready to accept the fact that there is a website that
helps in deciding their child’s career. The complexity of the tax laws and industrial relations
had led to create a big problem in starting as I was unaware of laws and procedures. Although
the Fair Work Ombudsman had really helped in setting up of my business. By overcoming all
of problems there many lessons I had learned includes the feelings when a student gives a
positive feedback about their experience by the counselling and the help they get from the
online sessions (Northway, 2016). This gave me the confidence of innovating more ways to
help the students in their career choice.
A learning plan is a planning document that is used to plan the entire learning process. This
means the actions, goals, and activities done in order to achieve the desired results. This
includes some of the modes of the learning process (Honig and Samuelsson, 2013). I helped
myself in making the learning plan for myself, and this created one more opportunity that
there are more students like me who needs that kind of plan. I had researched all the basic
problems of the students and created an opportunity to innovate and expand my existing
business. So, my personal learning by choosing my own career had helped me in giving
advices to the students who needs that kind of advice and guidance.
