When I joined the module my prime aim was to enhance my professional skills so with this
regard there were number of such elements we covered to make me thrived.
If talk about the description, then the module was design to help practitioners, building
strong base with respect to their professional competence. A range of aspects were covered in the
course for instance- communication skills, using ICT, research skills, teamwork and
collaborative practise, time management, self-management, problem-solving skills etc.
I have felt that the best career option for me would be only being an HR, over the time
with the progressing markets and consumerism the future of corporate world is very bright, then
there would be need of such people who can manage human resources in efficient manner.
There are range of such skills which are supposed to be there in a person who is willing
to be an HR. this field is very much dynamic and demands strong contemplation on several
elements for instance- good communication, research, analytical, time management skills in
order to succeed the objectives.
The feelings while going through the plan had been wonderful, I found the module very
much interesting since it was giving me feelings like I was inculcating something better which
will be helping to shape up my career in the selected realm. For a successful HR manager there
are some qualities which cannot be eliminated, if these are not in an HR then someday or the
other it would go fail.
In the modern era of human management, having good communicational skills are so
general thing. I was having good hands with it yet there were issues when it comes to
professional approach of communication, with this regard the module has been proven very
helpful and lucrative which paved way to enhance my capabilities with it and also surged my
confidence level.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that the sense of inferiority has been totally
eradicated due to this programme. Other elements for instance my skills were not match able to
the requirements of the job about ICT, but module made this work simpler and inculcated a
range of new technical skills which will be aiding to be a smart HR.
Nowadays there are different types of software is being used to manage human resources
in order to enhance diaspora of HR manager. So for a person who is willing to shape up its career

in this realm cannot keep its steps back. Then the module imparted new areas of ICT knowledge
which made me feeling upgraded and worthy to be in modern corporate world as an HR.
Evaluation of the module is an essential practise. I believe that it has been good and from
my point of view there did not be any discrepancy between what it was intended for and what it
reverted to me. The experience of the module was wonderful, as I was striving to be a good HR
manager which is almost impossible with the set of qualities the module inculcated in me.
For a good HR manager there is inevitable need to have good hands with time and self-
management. If it is not aligning with time, then would not be able to drive the personnel in
exact manner so there is irrefutable need to enhance its time management skills. It became
simpler by going through the module since it had accentuated to carry out every and each task on
appropriate time in attempt to hike the professional outcomes.
I personally found the best part of the module was the new things like ICT and research, since
throughout my education career I did not pay attention and even did not get chance to enhance
my capabilities with it. So ultimately got chance to learn and explore new realm so I thing it
went well at the same time there is no such area I can cite that did not go well.
In the module along with my efforts the contribution form my fellows had been charming, they
supported at every and each step. It imparted the sense that working with team and practising
collaborative practise is very much thriving for a person specifically when a person is having
desire to be an HR so it becomes his prime duty to enhance its ability to work with others.
If a person is working as an HR manager then it is supposed to have understanding of
social norms and how to sort out conflicts, one of the most attracting feature of the module was
to enable attenders to enhance their skills pertaining to problem solving skills, if an HR is able to
sort out conflicts then would be able to keep the business operations going in smooth manner and
without any barrier.
If I analyse the circumstance, then found that while going through the module there
have been some areas where I faced a few issues but with my higher skills of coping up with the
issues eradicated and made the path easier. For instance, I found that while learning about ICT, it
has been too much complicated due to my background, I did not acquire this knowledge earlier
so faced perils but then with my perseverance I not only learnt it but also augmented my skills
with ICT which would be aiding me to enhance my career path accomplishment.

I have also faced challenges in the module when it came to learning problem solving
skills since I did not face such predicaments earlier so it was a new realm and while going
through the new terrain it became roadblock, then it was decided to be handled with prudence so
it made it handy for my and also surged my confidence level to work as an HR.
Time and self-management, are such aspects which are being underrated by majority of
professionals due to their recklessness so I took it into consideration. It was a part of our module
and while experiencing the activities I found that it made me comply with the time and self-
management skills. I faced a few challenges in the prime stage but with the time I not only
managed the perils but also made good progress with this respect.
The module was structured in such way so the participants may take maximum advantage
of it, and can pave the way for their betterment. I thought it to be lucrative in term of sharping
professional career but it has been great beyond that. It improved so many areas of mine, which
will be helping to be a good HR manger which is my future goal, and would also help to make
me skilful person with attractive, charismatic personality.
In the modern business environment there are numerous number of business
environmental factors which are having their direct influence on the performance of an entity so
being an HR it is significantly essential to have good research skills in order to be a paramount of
business and human management. Research is now easier and unavoidable phenomenon since
the market trends are getting changed and for an HR research can give him deeper insights about
its job and work area. I found this easier while attending seminar, which made the way easier to
enhance knowledge of research.
So form the learnings and experiences of module the conclusion may be drown that the
professionalism is now getting advanced and if a person wants to be a good and great
professional in its field then there is rigours requirement to work with owns capability and
imparting the idea to accept changes of the market. It was a very gigantic experience since there
were a range of new things I was exploring yet with greater efforts it became handy.
I have shown good hands it this module yet there were some areas where I could have
gone with something better to drive more lucrative results to me. For instance, I kept avoiding
working with others, but it is essential for an HR to develop its capabilities to work with team
and other people, giving them chance to share their words then paying consideration to their

thought if they have worth. So next time if I get myself in such situation then will go for higher
collaboration to expand my diaspora of ability.
Some action plans are also there. The experience of the module is having worth to be
cheered but the fact cannot be denied that there were some areas where betterment is possible. I
can develop my communication skills using reflective approach, on daily basis there is need to
work on the way I extend the ideas and thoughts to others, then tendency of taking feedback
would be more beneficial to shape the communication skills.
To improve time management skills can use some strategies like- can keep a diary and
every day schedule so will be following the time table it would eradicate all ideal time and
activities and will make me to abide with time table in order to be a good HR.
at the same time, I also observed that having good understanding of human phycology
would be giving me upper hand to enhance my understanding to manage human being so the
action can be taken to nurture the understanding of human phycology.
