of care is to improve the life of their clients(Yin and et. al., 2019). It may contains some
importance that plays an major impact on the life of people which can be shown below:
One of the major importance of the principle of care is about it highly focus on the anti
discrimination that means a care person cannot discriminate person to person. Which
denotes that each and every one get equal treatment that also allow the independence
without referring to the another person. In this one person can be recognised as a worthy

their disease within the hospital. In this a doctor cannot discriminate their patient on the

improved related to caring the person.
The another importance of principle of care is to keep and maintain confidence between
the practitioner and client that plays and essential part of the good care practice. In this a
care person cannot deliver the information to another person as they can follow proper
ethics. In this confidentially can be break when an individual person can harm
themselves. This is the major importance in the health and social care that is possible
because of Principle of care(Murray and Mace, 2020). For example- In this the care taker
cannot passes the patient secret information to the other person without their permission

recover and at the time of discharge care take can take the proper follow up of their patient
including proper therapy so that they recover very effectively and return to their regular work.
Mention about impact of legislation, policy, code of conduct, regulation and standards, USE
Example to discuss about the impact of each
The Impact of the legislation is positive for the vulnerable people because the laws are
very helpful to taking care of them. IN this the care act 2014 helps in safeguarding the interest
of the people and also keep them safe by protecting from abusing and threatened negatively. It
can be understood by an example in which a person is suffering from mental illness then they
could get the proper treatment and medication that is beneficial and effective for a person who
belongs to vulnerable category. Other grandness of legislation in protecting the right of
vulnerabilities is offering them the protection. In this a doctor or a care worker can take the
initiative to protect the health and social care of those person who need this and offers the
adequate level of support. Another importance of the legislation within the protection of
vulnerable people is the prevention of harm. In this government of the country pass the law that
is Human rights act 1998 in which a care person can deal with the issue of patient that are
related to the vulnerable category so that they can protect them from the further major
consequences. This also helps in handle the situation in an effective way. The major importance
of the Health and safety at work law is that it displays the social care so that organisation can
ensure that they can analyse the risk of the low class workers and work for protecting their rights.
It will encourage the people of society to focus on vulnerable people health and social care.
In policies, care taking organisation can highly emphasis on implementing the proper
policies that helps in taking care of the vulnerable people. For instance- A Vulnerable people is

In code of conduct aspect, issue in care and control is misdiagnoses that will affect a
safety of patient on a par where providers are not effectively measure the problem or track them.

taker are not effectively focus on their health and their problems because they are the belong to
the below poverty line, and also disable because of any disease
Another major issue in care and control is misdiagnoses that will affect a safety of patient
on a par where providers are not effectively measure the problem or track them. For example- In
this people of vulnerable society are majorly affected with this issues as care taker are not
effectively focus on their health and their problems because they are the belong to the below
poverty line, and also disable because of any disease(Diffey, 2016).
Another issue in health and social care is the safeguarding the vulnerable people
effectively and efficiently so that they also live their life appropriately without facing any
abusing from the society people. In today’s scenario many people are not in favour of caring of
vulnerable people due to their safety in care are the major issues. In this government legislation
related to saving the rights of vulnerable people is beneficial and also helps in providing them
respect so that they also sustain in the society with respect, courage.
Within United Kingdom there is a strong legal framework is to be developed for
safeguarding the right of the vulnerable people. In this if a care worker can work in a private or
public sector than they give the services to the people equally even to the vulnerable people and
this represents their responsibilities towards them. The major importance of the legislation in the
protection of vulnerable people is to protect their life and provide safety from being threatened or
abuse them. Under this legislation, care people offers the extra care to the vulnerable people such
as children, minority people, old people etc. Within the legislation, safeguarding the people is
reflecting an effective way to stop the any kind of mistreatment that are physical, emotional.
Financial and mental(Lopez-Calle and et. al., 2017). Some of the major importance of legislation
in protecting the vulnerable people in health and social care can be elaborated below:
The first and foremost importance of legislation is protecting the people that suffer from
mental illness. For example – if a vulnerable person who is a service user is affected from
mental illness than they will take the advantage of the imposed legislation government in

which they can properly focus on all their medication and therapy that they need, so that
they will recover soon and live the normal life within the society(Notomi and et. al.,
2015). In this the patient can get the autonomy and respect in a way that they can take
their own decisions related to the health care. In this a person is suffering from mental
illness and cannot in a condition to take their own decision at this time the autonomy
states that the care person can deliver all the information to their immediate family
members it also reflected as a respect in this way they can get the high respect.
Explain about contribution of good practice, ethical dilemmas good and bad practice, Then use
your own experience of good practice
The contribution of good practice is reflected as a exploring and adopting the best
practices at the time of delivering the health and human services. In this a care taker person can
ask the question related to the health of a person so that taking care is to be easy and effective for
the doctors. In this care taker person can effectively communicate with them so that patient can
share all the information effectively. For instance a good practice can be reflected by taking care
of person without any type of discrimination in vulnerable people and other people of the
society. This will reflected as a contribution of the care taker person related to good practice
because in this a person can care another person without any caste, religion and other type of
discrimination. It will satisfying an individual person related to sharing the issues related to their
health without any hesitation.
Ethical dilemma defines as a process of facing problem in the decision making process
between the two basic issues. Ethical dilemmas can be presented within good and bad practice.
In terms of good practice a care taker person can emphasis on identifying the best alternative
solutions related to the issues for satisfying the patient. In this patient can share their problems
and in this care take can focus on solutions so that issues of the patient can be resolved. In this
they can follow the proper code of conducts and maintains the relationshop between patient and
doctors. In this practitioner can follow the strict ethical standards so that mistakes cannot be
taken place. In this nurses get the proper training related to serving the services to patients so that
they can recover very quickly. In this bad practice, ethical dilemmas can show that a care taker
person can give the supports to the vulnerable people for their personal benefits as it helps in

person can follow the bad and good practice in their offering services. In this they can provide
the high class services to the people who belongs to the good family and also get the care on
priority basis. It will reflected as a good practice where a person get the proper treatment related
to the disease . On the other hand a person who belongs to Vulnerable society can be treated by
the care taker for enhancing the reputation in the society at thios time they cannot offer the
appropriate services to them it will reflects the bad practice.
