INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the important thing for each individual as it states the personal views and
experience while doing any project. This is important for each individual to have enough skills
and abilities which can be used to complete the project and developing the performance (Puccio,
and Lohiser, 2020). To become an effective learner and there is need to focus on learning classes
by attending seminars, classes, and conferences that can help to bring the changes in thinking
and solve the problems properly. I prepare a project by using learning and managing the task
which supported me to complete the project which was assigned by my tutor. I used the Driscoll
model of reflection to share my strength and weakness in relation to getting success.
MAIN BODY
I was studying in London University where I came to know about different module that
are important for me to increase the area of knowledge and implement in life that can help to
manage the all functions and activities. The description stage of Gibbs reflection model used by
me for assessing written group assignment that given by my tutor to complete. I attended the
classes of PSKC Module that means preparing for success, knowledge and creativity that helped
me to complete the course and develop own skills in particular field. In the classes I have read
about degree which is important for individual to get while doing any courses as it is evidence of
qualification and support to show anywhere when someone is going to get learn. As I attended
the learning class where number of students have taken the part to learn that supported me to
build good relations and increase the skills (Lowe, and James, 2019).
During the project and learning classes I was feeling good as I build the good friends
who have different capabilities and mind to learn and perform well. Before the classes I felt
nervous as what courses I should do and how I could improve my skills. I also realised that we
had lots of work to do that created the challenge for me to complete the task in certain period of
time by managing all functions and activities. I was quite happy that my team members were
able to communicate and perform well after dividing the work between them. I got frustrated
when team members were not able to understand the task properly and faced that we were in
trouble. But I solve this issue by allocating the work between people who had different skills (Di
Paolantonio, 2019).

The next work which I done was evaluation that helped me to evaluate own skills and
abilities to evaluate each task and functions. The assignment and event was running good where I
evaluated that I have good transferable skills, interpersonal skills, communication, talent
management and collaboration skills which is used in well manner to complete the project and
manage each task effectively. I used the transferable, communication and collaboration skills to
share the goals with my team members who was involved in the project and give their
contribution to complete the assignment. I evaluated that before doing any task or project there is
need to have enough knowledge and skills as which can help to perform well and manage each
work. I also had interpersonal skills which is evaluated by maintaining good relations with
people who were related or not related with the project (Nganga, 2019).
During the week classes I have also read about digital literacy and technology which
helped to develop the knowledge in such areas as environment is changing where it is important
to introduce the changes and make each work properly. This module or work course of PSKC
module helped me to attend the lectures and put their ideas in front of others that support to be
feel good. In this, I analysed that how to focus on particular situation and find out the solution.
As I got confused that what needs to do I first where this stage helped me to use initial division
of work. I struggled with many problems but never feels lose that is the ability of me which
analysed by me while doing any work. I used the Belbin typology to manage and complete the
project properly. The assignment was important for me as it helped to increase the skills in which
I was weak. As I didn’t have time management, and analytical reasoning skills which affected
the skills negatively. Time management skills is most important for me as it helps to analysis the
time and support to complete the project in certain period of time. This was typical task for me
but I handled it by using my all skills in which I was good (Boone, and et.al., 2020).
The overall experience of learning and PSKC module was grateful for me as it supported
me to develop the understanding and skills by working or managing an assignment. The result of
such learning is improvement in time management and analytical reasoning skills which
requiring to perform any future project and feel good. I improved my reasoning and thinking
skills by completed the academic skill module which states how to perform well and managing
the all functions. This module helped me to build the skills and abilities in particular area and
feel good (Wagner, 2019).

With the help of skills and learning classes I completed the project and submitted on time
at first where I got good outcomes. My tutor and seniors encouraged me to work more well and
get the future opportunities which can help to managing each function and task. As I shared my
overall experience which I gained while participating in different degree courses which
supported to complete the project and also get future employment opportunity as I wanted.
CONCLUSION
From the reflection it can be concluded that a reflection is the thought, idea and opinion
that relates to an individual and supports to develop the skills and abilities. For each person it is
important to evaluate their behaviour and skills as it supports to bring the changes by taking
regular classes and participating in each function. I participated in learning classes that was
related to PSKC module and supported me to develop own skills and abilities. With the help of
this, I improved time management and analytical reasoning skills that provide the good
opportunity to work and feel good.
