use this for becoming the future leader.
This program offers a huge opportunity to the students to nurture their career after getting
graduated and provides a path for the innovation and entrepreneurship. I can use this course
for my personal development through overcoming the challenges of leadership. The core
characteristic of the course is that it offers the new business model in the international
residencies (Mannheim Business School, 2020). Thus, it can give me a wide knowledge of
this perspective and I can get the experience through the creative curriculum that will allow
me get the insights of latest business trends such as Big Data and Digital and Social
Networks. Also, this program plays a vital role in the society in which the program can
develop the individual for the better tomorrow. After being graduated from this course, I can
make better contribution into the society in next 10 years which I can be better and
professional business person that can bring changes into the society through variant skills and
abilities. Through my innovation and skilful background, I can develop the Singaporean
society and can make significant changes into the society through my entrepreneurship and
leadership skills.
Further, this course can be helpful for the preparation of top management into the company in

my performance. As I have worked for the vessel management in the past, I can use the
practical knowledge attained after graduating from this innovative and experience-based
course. Moreover, I can use this course for my future development and also, I can make
enhancement into my career through the knowledge and skills that I will get from this course.
