INTRODUCTION
Innovation is the process of making of ideas into real through introducing new goods and
services that do not exist in the market or the improvement of some type of already existed goods
and services in to more effective and efficient form. Commercialization is the process that

2018). The chosen company for the following report is Essence drink, which is a healthy drinks
providing brand started by a well known Bollywood actor and globally praised celebrity,
Akshaya Kumar. He firstly launched mango lassi as a product of its brand. It achieved a great
amount of sales in his first year but now facing a dramatic decrease in sales due to high
competition provided by new entrants. The following report is based on the detailed version of
the above topics in context of the company to find innovative ideas that it can implement to
achieve growth of it. It firstly distinguish in two terms that are perceived similar at some extent –
innovation and invention. It ten provides with the different types of innovation though analysing
the 4ps of innovation with the explanation of the related funnel and the developments in frugal
type. Moving further it tells about the importance of commercial funnel and NPD (new product
development). A business case is build for clear explanation with the different ways of getting
funding to start an entity. At last of the report, the different types of tools that can be used by a
organisation to develop, retain and protect knowledge and its intellectual property.

either new in the market or are the improvement in the already established and using product /
services of the market for providing better satisfaction level to the people. The development of
different processes, technologies and even art works are included in it. The people that brings the
innovation in the society are known as innovators.
