INTRODUCTION
Skills and knowledge are important for life of a person as it make them efficient and capable
(Almajali and Tarhini, 2016). Skills are required for higher education of a person which helps
them in their effectively complete their education and also provide base for development of
employability skills required for career development. Thee skills helps to increase quality of life
of a person and also increase chances of finding better opportunity. There are various skills
including communication skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, decision
making skills, self discipline skills and planning skills. This project report includes
understanding of essential skills developed for higher study and development of future
employability skills. It includes evaluation of refection techniques in order to describe learning
experience. It also includes personal development plan which helps in planning and research for
identification of skills.
MAIN BODY
Audit and evaluation of key skills
There are various skills developed by me in order to complete learning process. Skills and
knowledge help a person in increasing quality of life of a person (Chang, 2016). It helps in
identification of various opportunity and attainment of career goals of a person. Skills
development by me includes communication skills, time management kills and problem-solving
skills. All these skills have their own importance in my life and provide me benefit in different
ways. Explanation of these skills are as follows:
Communication: Communication is sharing view, thoughts, feelings and ideas between two or
more person. Communication is one of important skills which is required for both academic as
well as processional life of a person. Communication not only includes oral communication but
also includes written communication. These helps a person to avoid misunderstanding and also
increase efficiency of communicating of a person. This make a person efficient and provide them
additional opportunity in life, This skill also important for career development as well as career
growth of a person. Communication is important as well as necessary skills at present time for all
types of jobs. I have developed communication skills during learning process. This
communication is not only including written communication but also oral communication which
helps me in future in order to find better career opportunity. With completion of assignment and

occur in their life, career and workplace. Problem solving skills is important as there are various
problems occur in life of an individual person. These problems need to be solved by individual
as it creates stress and dissatisfaction in life of a person. Problems can be solved on bass of
critical thinking and creativity of a person. A person needs to develop various solution in order to
solve a problem occur in their life. I developed problem solving skills in life as it helps me in
solving various problems occur in academic life as well as learning process. With critical
thinking ability I have developed various solution which helps me and my team in order to
completion of group assignments.

individual for exploration of their experience (Hur, and Hawley, 2020). This reflective cycle is

all our pa and rewrite assignment which is finished on time.
Feeling: During this situation I was feeling happy as we divide work smartly between group
members. But when we are meeting to merge different parts of assignment together, we get to
realise our mistakes (Jung and Yoon, 2018). At that time, I got frustrates as I needs to cancel my
plans for that night. Also, all of other group members needs to cancel their plan and we al stay
and work. This team work motivates us to work willingly which saves our time as we have
completed our work in less time. Before starting this assignment, I was very excited as well as
nervous as I do not know how other team members are thinking about this project. But after
completion of this project, I was feeling happy and satisfied as our hard work helps to complete
our work before deadline of assignment.
Evaluation: There are various things occur during this situation which goes well and there are
some things which went wrong. Things which are well is that all members of groups are ready to
work harder for this assignment and they contribute to produce excellent quality of work. Also,
due to our mistake and miscommunication, all members are cancelled their plan and work with
more dedication I order to complete this work on timer. Things which does not went well in this
assignment is that we all write assignment in our own ways and write in different writing style.
This results in failure of time plan of assignment and creates burden of work on team members.
All members in their own was contributed positively for this project which helps to completion
of project on time.
