INTRODUCTION
Skills and education is the important aspects which should have in individual for
managing the task and developing the performance. Higher education is the third level that
requires after leaving the school (Levrai and Bolster, 2019). The people should have the proper
understanding and knowledge about studies then they goes to take decision for higher education
and manage the all functions. This report covers different skills that cover as students while
reading in university, and recommendation that can be used by students to improve the skills and
abilities.
MAIN BODY
In the competitive market there is big competition where people goes to school for study
and then college for higher studies which can help to develop the skills and abilities. The
individual should be have proper knowledge and understanding about education which can help
to managing functions and activities. Different types of skills is require to have in person which
can be used to develop the higher studies and attaining the competitive advantages. The job
market is the market where people are educated and search for the jobs in the market for the
purpose of getting opportunities and managing the all functions effectively. The people who
wants to enter in to enter in new market by using their skills that faced the challenges in working
and affected the profitability. Higher education allows people to pursue their career and create
interest and inspire people to develop their skills and attaining the competitive advantages. The
people have transferable skills which can be transfer to students who reads in school and
improve their capability by getting job opportunities.
