INTRODUCTION
Skills and education is the important aspects which should have in individual for
managing the task and developing the performance. Higher education is the third level that
requires after leaving the school (Levrai and Bolster, 2019). The people should have the proper
understanding and knowledge about studies then they goes to take decision for higher education
and manage the all functions. This report covers different skills that cover as students while
reading in university, and recommendation that can be used by students to improve the skills and
abilities.
MAIN BODY
In the competitive market there is big competition where people goes to school for study
and then college for higher studies which can help to develop the skills and abilities. The
individual should be have proper knowledge and understanding about education which can help
to managing functions and activities. Different types of skills is require to have in person which
can be used to develop the higher studies and attaining the competitive advantages. The job
market is the market where people are educated and search for the jobs in the market for the
purpose of getting opportunities and managing the all functions effectively. The people who
wants to enter in to enter in new market by using their skills that faced the challenges in working
and affected the profitability. Higher education allows people to pursue their career and create
interest and inspire people to develop their skills and attaining the competitive advantages. The
people have transferable skills which can be transfer to students who reads in school and
improve their capability by getting job opportunities.

Knowledge, abilities, and skills is the category of qualification and personal attributes
that can performance in well manner and managing the good functions. There are different types
of skills and knowledge which needs to use for performing specific roles and responsibilities in
changing environment. The different types of skills that can be transfer from tutor to student for
their good future are as explained:
Critical thinking skills – This means deeply thinking which require having in person and
completing the work in certain period of time. This is important for individual to focus on critical

thinking and evaluate the particular topic and managing the all functions. In other words, critical
thinking is the evaluation and interpretation of information to make a judgement and reach the
conclusion. This is more than reading something and saying which can help to develop the
organizational performance and individual abilities.
Leadership skills – Leadership is the strength and ability of individual that can be used to
lead the people and getting the work done effectively. This is important for individual to have
good leadership skills and it bring the new challenges and techniques by using their ability which
can help to develop the organizational productivity. As a manager and leader it is important to
have good understanding about leadership skills and it used to attracts the number of people and
completing the work on time (Olsen, Sverdrup, and Kalleberg, 2019).
Problem Solving skills – This is transferable skills which should have individual to find out
the problem and solve it properly. It has seen that while working there are many problems arises
which can be found by a person so that it needs to have problem solving skills which can help to
develop the organizational as well as professional skills. To have proper problem solving and
conflicts solve which can help to develop the organizational performance and productivity.
While study it can been seen that people can use the problem solving skills which can help to
managing the all functions and activities for the purpose of getting opportunities.
Teamwork – This means group of two and more than two people who are involved in a task
and make sure that all functions are done properly. The meaning of teamwork is working
together for the purpose of achieving common goals. In an organization number of employees
are working continuously where it is important to have good understanding in working
collectively. This is important for student to focus on team work where students work
collectively and managing the all functions and work effectively. Employees has expectation that
their employees maintain the clear and proper communication and provide them training which
can help to maintaining the higher performance and profitability (Johnston, 2019).
Communication – To share the information and data there is need to have proper
communication and transferable skills which can be used to used to develop the organizational
performance. Communication is needed in almost every job where people share their ideas and
thoughts to complete the task effectively. The communication skills is require to have in each
individual and brining the new technology and process of attaining the higher performance. This
is another skills which is require to have in person and affected the productivity and profitability.

This is important to have to have clear and concise communication which can help to develop the
personal and professional skills. While studying it is important to have clear communication
skills for the purpose of communicating properly and managing the higher performance in
changing environment. As management is requirement to follow the communication skills and
start to communicate and share the important information which can help to managing the
performance (Burnham, 2019).
Creativity and time management skills – In any organization and workplace creativity is
require to have as it introduces the project and get it complete on time. This is important for each
and every individual or students to introduce something new and attractive which can help to
develop the organizational productivity. This also bring the changes and managing the higher
performance by introducing new products and services. As a student creativity is the new design
and introduction of new products which are important and helps to complete the task on time.
This also bring the change and managing higher productivity by improving their skills and
abilities effectively. In relation to, students to university and college is should be follow the
creativity and time management which can help to complete the project on time. In every
organization time management skills needs to have in individual as it states the proper working
along with responsibilities which can help to develop the skills and productivity.
Thus, from the all skills and knowledge it is important to have in individual as it used to get
learn something new and attractive which provide the opportunity to develop their future
opportunities and attaining the higher performance in the education environment. For any
individual it is important to get courses and start to learn which can help to managing the higher
performance by managing all functions and activities.

The aim of student is to analysis their own skills and abilities which can help to bring the
changes and managing the higher productivity. Skills and abilities refers knowledge which uses
by individual and collection of people whose aim to develop their career by getting future
opportunities and attaining the higher performance. While studying in college and school is
require to have developed the understanding and managing the business activities. The students
should have proper skills and abilities which can be used by a person to improve their skills and
get the future opportunities. If people have good skills and abilities then it will be great

opportunity to improve their content of C.V. To improve the content of C.V. there is need to
focus on some steps that are as explained:
Write for the student newspaper: If people are thinking about pursuing a career in Human
resource, journalism, and other profile which can be used to think about job opportunities which
can help to develop the organizational performance. When applying for jobs in competitive filed,
having practical experience is crucial. This uses by individual for the purpose of improving their
C.V. This bring the changes and new skills which can help to maintain higher performance
(Joordens, Paré, Walker, Hewitt and Brett, 2019).
Join the student Union – The students is require to enter in to union where number of
students are working and learns collectively which can help to develop the organizational
activities and individual prospectus. As active member of student Union who find out the
problems and being solve the solution which can help to improve the C.V. of students.
Take on leading role in college and academy – This is another method and way which
can be used by students for becoming a leading role and managing the performance . The person
who wants to get future opportunity is require to focus on leading role as leaders is playing the
important role who analysis the business problem and developing their leadership skills which
can help to develop the individual performance.
Participative in volunteer work – Volunteer is the monitor who have develop their
skills and abilities which can help to managing the higher performance. participation is the main
activity in which each individual and student is require to participate in each activity as it
understand the goals and provide them right suggestions to work collectively. This can help to
develop the individual and employees skills (Park, 2019).
Learning new skills – This is another technique and recommendation that is given to all
students to take part in each training and development programme that can help to learn the new
skills and abilities in the all field. As environment is changing day by day where new technique
and new skills should be learn by student which can help to managing the all functions and
challenges effectively. This is important for each and every student to focus on learning and
developing the all functions effectively. In this skills students abut ability, experience,
competence, learning, knowledge, advance training and growth which develop the organizational
activities (Doyle, 2019).

Finding job opportunities – For students it is important to find out the job opportunities
where they can show their skills and ability which can help to develop the all performance. The
person should have knowledge and capability to get find out the jobs as per their study and
experience that suits their job description and goals of individual person. Thus, by using this
C.V, can be improve properly (Choudhury, and Pritchard, 2019).
Selection and perform – The students who got the job and needs to selection properly
which can help to managing the all performance and getting the work done efficiently. This is
important for student to get select the job and perform the well in the changing environment. It
has seen that job market is competitive where people are expecting to get good future chances
and managing the higher productivity by improving C.V.
From the above it can be evaluated that Student can be improve their C.V. by using their
skills and abilities that maintain the higher performance.
CONCLUSION
From the report it can be concluded that skills for student who reads in college and
academics used to develop the organizational activities. This can help to develop the individual
and team performance effectively. The people or students should have transferable skills and
knowledge which can be used to develop the organizational goals and attaining the personal
objectives.
