MAIN BODY
About me
I am workings in the health sector where I am on the post of manager and responsible to
manage all the function in the workplace. I am having key skills such as management skills,
problem solving skills and effective communication skills. This all help me to control the
activities at the workplace and I can also make good relationship with the other employees who
are working under me.
Management skills- this skills help me to control the activities of the staff and I can give
them proper direction to do their task effectively which can help us to achieve goals and
objective of the business (Kibria., 2019). I used to guide how nurse and other employees should
care patents, so they can feel concert. Problem solving skills- problem solving skills in myself,
allow me to solve the problem of the staff who are working. Effective communication- this is
important skills which helps to provide clear and proper information to the staff members.
This skills will help me to impress my future employer where I will work after this job
and this will show my experience in this field and they can give better salary package for my
job.
Internship program
To increase my quality, efficiency and skills I have taken the internship program. Main
reason to choose this program was to increase my working experience in the top companies . In
this programs there were many top companies come to recruit people in their company, and they
can work with them and gain experience from them (Korthagen., 2017). I will get Chance to
work with the professionals and I can gain skills by working with them.
I was expecting the higher level of experience from the program, and I was right there
were some of the professions from the different filed come in the program and share their
experience with the students.
In the internship program offered by an employer that provides potential employees with
work experience. Internships are typically targeted towards students, who work between one-
and-four months at their chosen company to gain practical on-the-job or research experience. ...
An internship can last a week or a year. It is the best chance for me to join the reputed brands
and work with them and every person in those companies are professional and having years of
experience will be helpful for me to gain professional experinace.

My current skills and ability
I am having some professional skills which can help me for the internship some of them
are given billow -
Communication skills – I will give 4.5 rating for my communication skills out of 5 because I
am having effective communication skills which helps to provide clear and proper information
to the other person who are listening to me. This creates good impression the others, and they
get proper information from me. Proper information means the proper work because if I will
provide proper information to the other person than they can do their task properly and
productive better results. This will help me in the placement and I can impress the interviewer.
Problem solving – For the problem solving skills I would like to give 3 out of 5 rating. It is
because I have average skills rated to the problem solving. There are many problems which
needs knowledge such as technical knowledge. In this situation people like engineers can only
take decisions and provide proper solution of the problem (Lyu and et.al., 2016). In the same
situation I cannot help them because some works need professional who are solved the problems
and take decision regarding to the problem.
Planning – for this kills I world like to give 5 out of 5 rating to myself because, whenever I do
any work then first of all I make the proper planing of the work and understand want barriers and
affect my works. According to those barriers I make strategies to overcome from those barriers.
This helps me to make my work properly and it will be helpful for the internship as well. I h=can
impress the interviewer by these skills and I can also give them explanation that how I used to
solve my problems with the perfect planing.
Professional interaction
I am having professional skills such as communication and time management and
problems solving etc. which makes me professional and for these skills I want to give rating 4
out of 5 because I feel that I need more experience to become an professional.
Demonstrate ethical Responsible behavior
I always behave good with my colleagues and friends which is important for the
professional development and if we will behave good with the others then they will give respect
and behave good with us. I want to give 5 out 5 marks for these kills to myself.

My professional development
placement can help me for the professional development because I can add some more
value. In the other job I can find the new skills and and add some more skills in my selves which
will help me for the professional development. It is important for me to develop more skills
because I am not having all the skills so I can call myself a profession (Parsons And et.al.,
2019). This placement program will help me find new skills and add in myself for the
professional development. This skills will also help me to get success in my job and I can
become inspiration for the others, and they will follow me and my lifestyle.
There are some smart goals which I want to achieve through the placement -
 good writing skills
◦ I want this skills which is may be come through the placement in the company. I can
develop this skills by working under the other manager who can provide me better
tips for this (Vangrieken and et.al., 2017). This will help me to write clear and proper
information through the message. This skill is different from the communication
skills which is important for me for professional development.
 conflict handling
Conflict handling is also an effective skill because in the organization conflicts can take place
anytime so it is important for the managers to have this kills and if i want to develop professional
skills than I have to learn from the placement.
 problem solving
◦ I have discus about the problem solving skills in the previous task that I have these
skills but average so if I want to be a professional than I should have these skills and
this will be many objective for the Placement.
