INTRODUCTION
Strategic networking is a process in which plan an effective strategy is planned for
developing a for strong network between organizations and stakeholders. It is required that for
each and every organization to manage personal growth, knowledge and business development
process. Strategy approach helps in creating own integrated network towards the business
services and their specific objectives.
This assignment will discuss about the strategic network that is applicable in public and
private sector respectively. This sector will focus on internal and external stakeholders and also
describe different type of network, benefits for organizations, legal requirement, individual
stakeholders and various communication methods etc. Further, In task 2, it will describe the
networks and their specific startegies.
TASK 1
Determine different network in public and private sectors-
Public and private networks are both important concept which is useful for organization
to manage the business operations and functions in proper ways. Network strategy is applicable
in organization and also add value to their services and product. Public and private sector is
planning an effective strategy for business process to create values in their product and services.
In private organization, It can be achieving their goals and objectives so that they have added
some specific values into their account (Dashti, Schwartz, and Pines 2018). The creation of value
express in different ways for making an effective continuity in private organizations. In public
sector, Public organization always think about the innovation and competitions. This
organization will aware about the position in society.
Business network is a complex network for public and private sector and work together
to achieve their goals and objective. The network involves formal, informal network, e-networks,
circulation list and virtual communities etc. Public and private sector used different network
describe as followings:
Networking strategies- Network strategies are important factor in organization to communicate
with the other companies in efficient ways. Network strategy provide complete vision of data
and information, telephony infrastructure and security etc. It ensures that the network is support
the business process and manage entire enterprises activities.

There are variety of public network describe in followings:
Formal network- Formal network is the best communication network which consists of
centralized and decentralized channel. Public and private organization using formal network to
communicate with client in meetings (Gualini,2017). Formal network is applicable in industry,
which usually involves orders, tenders, letter and enquiries. Private organization allow
following formal policy, terms and their conditions.
Circulation lists- circulation list is communication network in organization and it can be
created in any number of list while circulation list can be printed and attached in the form of
hard-copy. Public and private organisation uses this communication channel to provide
information to their customer and clients.
Email- Email is the best communication network in private sector because most of the
messages transmitting with the help of electronic mail. It is very fast technique for sharing
important files from one device to another. Many private companies are used email technology
because it provides security and privacy.

as clients, community partner, other (Kiel, Arnold and Voigt, 2017). It is playing
important role in organization to get perspectives of both the groups. External stakeholder
involves leaders of private sectors, groups of member in organizations.

There are some important benefits for network of individual network discuss in
followings:
Networking is a great approach which helps for individual stakeholder for sharing new
idea and opinion towards the organizations.

Benefits of the network to organizations in private sector-
Private organization uses various network to connect with clients, stakeholder etc.

circulation list and informal network. Circulation list is applicable in private organization to

Listening- Listening is an effective communication method to understand the need and
requirement of customer and client. When interacting with other person so listening will help to
avoid confusion, easily understand the task and creating overall positive connection. Listening
offers positive body language to listen carefully (Carayannis and Meissner, 2017). This
technique useful for employee to communicate with the other employee to identify the need and
requirement of organization.
Speaking-Speaking is an effective technique to convenience the employee towards their
specific goals and objectives. In organization, Each and every employee are communicated with
each other and sharing their own opinion for growth and development. In this way, manager will
