INTRODUCTION
Strategic networking is a process in which plan an effective strategy is planned for
developing a for strong network between organizations and stakeholders. It is required that for
each and every organization to manage personal growth, knowledge and business development
process. Strategy approach helps in creating own integrated network towards the business
services and their specific objectives.
This assignment will discuss about the strategic network that is applicable in public and
private sector respectively. This sector will focus on internal and external stakeholders and also
describe different type of network, benefits for organizations, legal requirement, individual
stakeholders and various communication methods etc. Further, In task 2, it will describe the
networks and their specific startegies.
TASK 1
Determine different network in public and private sectors-
Public and private networks are both important concept which is useful for organization
to manage the business operations and functions in proper ways. Network strategy is applicable
in organization and also add value to their services and product. Public and private sector is
planning an effective strategy for business process to create values in their product and services.
In private organization, It can be achieving their goals and objectives so that they have added
some specific values into their account (Dashti, Schwartz, and Pines 2018). The creation of value
express in different ways for making an effective continuity in private organizations. In public
sector, Public organization always think about the innovation and competitions. This
organization will aware about the position in society.
Business network is a complex network for public and private sector and work together
to achieve their goals and objective. The network involves formal, informal network, e-networks,
circulation list and virtual communities etc. Public and private sector used different network
describe as followings:
Networking strategies- Network strategies are important factor in organization to communicate
with the other companies in efficient ways. Network strategy provide complete vision of data
and information, telephony infrastructure and security etc. It ensures that the network is support
the business process and manage entire enterprises activities.

Types of private network
There are variety of public network describe in followings:
Formal network- Formal network is the best communication network which consists of
centralized and decentralized channel. Public and private organization using formal network to
communicate with client in meetings (Gualini,2017). Formal network is applicable in industry,
which usually involves orders, tenders, letter and enquiries. Private organization allow
following formal policy, terms and their conditions.
Circulation lists- circulation list is communication network in organization and it can be
created in any number of list while circulation list can be printed and attached in the form of
hard-copy. Public and private organisation uses this communication channel to provide
information to their customer and clients.
Email- Email is the best communication network in private sector because most of the
messages transmitting with the help of electronic mail. It is very fast technique for sharing
important files from one device to another. Many private companies are used email technology
because it provides security and privacy.

Likely stakeholders and their profiles Internal stakeholder- Internal stakeholders are those people who are already committed
to connect with the private organization such as staff member, broad member, volunteers
and donors. Internal stakeholder involves former staff, former board members, other etc.'
 External stakeholder- External stakeholder are those people who impacted by work such
as clients, community partner, other (Kiel, Arnold and Voigt, 2017). It is playing
important role in organization to get perspectives of both the groups. External stakeholder
involves leaders of private sectors, groups of member in organizations.

Benefits of the network to individual stakeholders
There are some important benefits for network of individual network discuss in
followings:
 Networking is a great approach which helps for individual stakeholder for sharing new
idea and opinion towards the organizations.
 Ii helps for individual stakeholder for expanding their knowledge and allow seeing things
in different aspects.
Benefits of the network to organizations in private sector-
Private organization uses various network to connect with clients, stakeholder etc.
Communication is required for each and every organization for interacting with the stakeholder
to provide information regarding business development process and their project. Stakeholder
analysis situation of business process. Private organization uses different network such as
circulation list and informal network. Circulation list is applicable in private organization to
provide informations in the form of specific format and circulate information in each
departments.
Communication method used private organizations-
Private organization using different communication method which helps for sharing
informations from one place to another.
Verbal communication method- verbal communication is based on mouth to speak the word.
This is the best medium to communicate with another person and this message is oral.
Discussion forum is also part of verbal communication method. In meeting, All employees are

and utility. Monopoly abuse arise when it can be increased efficient supplier to provide the
services to customer like water utility.
To protect investors- private investor and community based firm are needed to know
about the business product and their services such as
 What are the prices that is charge in the customers and provide the best quality of
services.
 The services standards meet all the criteria which provide the services to customers. License is exclusive or not.
To monitor performance of services provider and also reduce the asymmetry
information- Government always monitoring to organization and also passed some efficient law
for managing the business operations and functions.
Types of public network-
Informal network- Informal network is communication to their friends and colleagues,
This network based on informal ways. This communication networking is usually runs general
ways and conversation in phones, face to face and light hearted email etc. Informal method or
process is utilised on the regular basis to break the barriers.
Bulletin Board- A bulletin board communication network is an essential for organization
to share messages and other files using network, Many bulletin board found in different areas
such as kitchen wall and work places (Jung, Song and Feiock,2017).
Mailing list- Mailing list is list of customer who subscribe the periodic mailing
distribution. Mailing list includes email address of customer, postal address etc. Mailing list is
provided the forum for exchanging informations of organization, discussion of specific issues
implement which required for organization to build network and service provider.

and services in marketplace.

network for purpose of communication such as email, face to face, telephone etc. These are
important network which helps for organisation to share the important data and information.

that have control the project and take rights decisions regarding business decisions. The
facilitates and implementation influence which affect the negative impact on the organizations.
Effective communication method in the organization-
Effective communication is an essential for organization to increase their productivity
and profitability in marketplace. Manger of organization try to improve the working atmosphere.
There are various communication method to interact with the employee as followings:
Listening- Listening is an effective communication method to understand the need and
requirement of customer and client. When interacting with other person so listening will help to
avoid confusion, easily understand the task and creating overall positive connection. Listening
offers positive body language to listen carefully (Carayannis and Meissner, 2017). This
technique useful for employee to communicate with the other employee to identify the need and
requirement of organization.
Speaking-Speaking is an effective technique to convenience the employee towards their
specific goals and objectives. In organization, Each and every employee are communicated with
each other and sharing their own opinion for growth and development. In this way, manager will
understand their view points towards the goals and achievements.
Preparation- Preparation is important of each and every situation for effective
communication (Mann and Singh, 2017). Preparation required for organization, before
conference, predetermined conversation, business meeting and interview etc. It is main
components of meeting to prepare before forward move.
Communication method used in public organizations Online network- online network is based on functions because it can be used different
platform and tool for communications.Online networking is the best platform which helps
for organization to transmit the signals, messages by online method. Online network

involves email, Facebook, Orkut, twitter etc., these are various online network useful for
public and private organization to communicate with clients and customer. Online
network is playing important role in business process.
 Face-to-face network- Face to face network is based on forum discussion and this
network usually useful in meeting and conference to communicate with clients. This is
the best communication network that is directly talk to the person. Private organization
uses face to face network to provide the information regarding the business and their
project.

basis of economic regulations and forms (Kim and Chai, 2017). There are various type of
policies and legal discuss in followings:
