INTRODUCTION
Estate management is defined as the systematic process of planning, managing, coordinating,
directing as well as controlling the interest held in land or properties with the objective of
attaining optimum benefits. Making profits for estate owner is the most important aim of estate
management. There are various dimensions are included estate business such as economic
dimension, legal dimension, environmental, social and technical dimensions or aspects that be
consider before taking decision to make profession in this field. As estate business is related to
the profession of buying, selling or renting real estate properties to attain profitability. In this
report Estate manager is the profession that is taken into consideration. I have chosen estate
manager profession to make my career. As estate manager have charge to run daily operations of
estate business in efficient manner, oversee maintenance, manage budget as well as supervise the
other staff members. I have realised that there are various growth and development opportunities
in this field that motivates me to make my professional career in this field. It is considered as the
one of the most globally recognised sectors that also includes four sub-sectors such as housing,
retail, commercial and hospitality. I have measured that growth of estate sector in well
complemented by the growth of corporative environment and the demand of urban and semi-
urban accommodations.

chose this field over other because I have interest in managing people and leading them in right
direction to better outcomes as well as I think that in this profession, I can utilise all my skills
and capabilities in appropriate manner. I have realised there are various chances of growth that
help me to make stable future and attain all my determined personal and professional with great
efficiency. Responsibilities of this profession is communicating with talents regarding properly-
related issues, prepare budget and financial reports, maintain coordination and various other and
requirement of this job profile is Bachelor’s degree in business, management or real estate as
well as experience in property management.
