This is a primary report on the much larger project that is to be undertaken towards
finding the ethical aspects that bind employees with their organization. The organization in focus
is the Interstate Hotels and Resorts, a multinational hotel enterprise. The ethical standards the
employees of the organization should maintain in order to secure their long standing effective
relationship with the organization would be the subject of the analysis in the project. The role of
organizational climate and culture would also be discussed.
Required Information
The information required would be the about the employee policies that are implemented
by the Interstate hotels. The interstate hotel having multinational operations. Have a large
number of people that work under them (Interstate Hotels & Resorts, 2019). The organization
also focuses much on diversity of its workforce as an essential part of the organizational culture.
The organizational culture, employee motivation and ethical standards of the hotel are essential
aspects that need to be found. Additionally, the ethical factors that are normally emphasized
across the organizational environments are significantly important to be found as per the given

organizational factors. The first week needs to be dedicated for planning. The second and third
weeks would need to be dedicated towards gathering the primary data through interviewing the
various people related to the organization. The fourth and fifth weeks would be dedicated
towards gathering the qualitative data in regards to the organization. The sixth and seventh
weeks would be required for essential analysis of the subject matter. The eighth week would be
set aside for the presentation of the collected data. The time will be sufficient in gaining,
analyzing and presentation of data.

Gathering people to undertake the tasks would be an important factor. The people would
be selected on the basis of their understanding of the subject matter. It is also important that the
right communication tools are used. Hence, laptops, tablets, personal computers and if required
smartphones would be utilized to gather data related to the project. It is important that the project
management tools are utilized and implemented successfully for gathering essential data for the
study. The smart sheets would be utilized to effectively manage the project (Fleming &
Koppelman, 2016, December). Risk management would be necessary as there are risks of
gathering wrong or misleading information in this work. The project would be made only with
the most authentically available information.
Conclusion
The project would help to know the most important aspects that are related to the subject
matter. The project becomes more important in view of the fact that many organizations and their
employees suffer due to the unethical behaviors of some in these places. It is important to
