INTRODUCTION
In order to prepare professional career it is important to learn various skills and abilities
so that individual can achieve their goals in desired manner. Various training sessions and
development programs can assist in nurturing the abilities and talents in effective manner so that
individual can establish positive image in an organisation (Cheevapruk, Pasunon and Chantuk,
2018). Tesco used in this report which was established in 1919 and headquarter in England, UK.
This report includes global ethical issues which affect the overall growth of an environment.
Various alternatives and code of conducts are given in order to resolve the r3espective problem.
Guidance and support which organisations take of professional body organisations which help
companies in dealing with challenges. Assessment is carried out which identify positive and
negative impact of professional body support and code of conduct on the challenges are
discussed in this report.

Introduction of challenge which is selected.
Due to the commercial activities of organisations, there can be seen emerging problems
in an environment which affects the over all growth of environment. It becomes very critical for
each and every creature who is part of environment as they have to face lot of issues on regular
basis. Various environmental issues includes global warming, pollution, loss of biodiversity,
waste disposal, overpopulation, ocean acidification and many more (Chang and Daly, 2019).
Tesco involves various activities in their production which can deplete the ozone layer and
contributes in effecting green house energies. These issues become hazardous in growth of
diversified elements of the society which is negative for environment. Tesco offer large number
of varied products and services in order to satisfy the demands and wants of their targeted
customers but the production process needs to be asses so that they can collectively reduce the
negative effect from the environment.

Code of conduct that assist organisation in resolving problems
One of the main code of the conduct that the organisations and the business firms can
practise is the Environment protection act, 1994. This act is one of the most effective way in
order to reduce the impact of the negative factors on the nature. The main of this act is to save
the environment from the several dangerous actions that are made by the organisations through
which the quality of the environment can be decreased. In relation to the Tesco, the management
department of the company can use this act that will helps them to sustain the environment in a n
effective manner (Craps, 2021). Through this act the organisation will be able to remove and
reduces the harm that is caused to the environment. This act will facilitates the managers of the
organisation to take actions to minimise the impact of the harm that are cause while carrying out
the activities of the production. This will facilitates the organisation not to conduct those
activities in the workplace through which the condition of the environment can become worse.
Environment Protection Act, 1994 includes several laws and legislations for the organisation in
order to take serious actions if they carry out the activities that do not rely with their policies.
Support and guidance available from the professional bodies.
In order to overcome these environmental issues Tesco take support from various
professional bodies so that they can operate in desired and ethical manner. Department for the
Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) help various public bodies and agencies so
that they can opt ethical alternatives which reduces negative impact on environment. Joint
Nature Conservation Committee also help Tesco in improving their operations so that they can
establish their brand image in the world (Jackson and Prasad, 2018). They provide support so
that organisations can contribute positive efforts in making environment better and safer for all
the creatures. Various other environmental agencies provide advanced tools and technologies to
Tesco so that they can fulfil the requirements of their customers in up graded manner. It is
important to introduced advanced technologies in an organisation so that they can help in
overcoming various challenges related to environment.
Assessment of impact of code of conduct and support which help in overcoming issues
It is evaluated that various factors of code of conduct assist Tesco in implementing new
policies and strategies for their operations. Implementation of alternative procedures which are
given by code of conduct help in overcoming various challenges and issues in effective manner.

Various professional bodies help in providing resources which enhance their productivity in
ethical manner.
With the assistance of these support and guidance employees of Tesco felt problems in
changing and modifying their operations in appropriate manner (Rindlisbacher, 2020). It may
affect their satisfaction level which results in lower profitability. Professional bodies suggest
various rules and regulations to company that results in involvement of large number of
resources including capital and human resources.

From the above report it has been analysed that, it is very important for the individuals to
get a good job in the future which can only be achieved with the professional skills. In order to

development but they should consider the factor of the environment. In the above report, one of
