Ethics is a fundamental part of doing business, it is defined as the branch of knowledge
that deals with the moral principle. Ethics in business are explained as the study of proper
business policies, principles, and practices that are intended to provide the solution to potentially
controversial business issues such as bribery, discrimination, matters regarding the corporate
governance and corporate social responsibilities. Business laws that are engrossed by the
constitution through the legislation function provide a platform of which the business ethics are
subjected to.
Business ethics are to be implemented ideally throughout all aspects and operation of the
business enterprise. With the success of business ethics implementation, a business enterprise is
able to substantially enhance sufficient long-run of conducting business activities. However,
many business organization may not have effective business long-runs because of lack of
substantial implementation of business ethics, human nature and other inappropriate business
control systems have affected how business ethics are absorbed into the organization. Business
enterprises with successful ethical frameworks and management are reflected to achieve superior
performance since they can attract and observed high-quality subordinates, investors, customers,
and supplies. Moreover, without extensive business moral, practices and principles, the business
organization may lack trust between the management and employees and also between all the
weighty stakeholders including customer and supplies (Pearson, 2017).
Business ethics cuts across all the organizational elements, especially communication.
Communication ethics is embraced as an ability of an individual of a group of people’s behaviors
are governed by their moral standard which affects their communication. Communication ethics

it is important for the organization staff members to ethical communicate as they will enhance
the effective process of proclaiming the strategic goals and objectives. Employees are the
fundamental stakeholders who are to board huge ethical conduct since they are the one who acts
as the organizational image. Therefore, in order to enhance better customer relationship
employees are mandated to act in an ethical manner as they are also recommended to have the
stand of the ethical stance of the organization (Pinder, 1998).
The role of top management in every department is to ethically communicate the policies
that will enhance better business operations, they should attract the employees’ attention by
communicating effectively about the changes that need to be introduced to the entire business
organization (Northouse & Peter, 2018).
Communication is outlined as the process of conveying fundamental message from one
person to another using a relevant medium. The information conveyed are to be accurate and
applicable to all business activities. The ethical standards of communication policies in an
organization is the use of language that presents information without exaggerations, it is

process, discrimination could be seen to sublime since some of the managers may act unethically

should prohibit all form of discrimination that is based on the interest of some individuals within
the business enterprises, race color, religion, gender and national origin. The management is

factor that rallies job satisfaction (Miller, 2017).
Lack of effective communication structure in an organization during training will
facilitate the log-down of all training process, and thus affecting the general process of meeting
the required standards of attaining the strategic goals and objectives. Training ethic should
always be conducted in all the organizational department since it motivates the employee to
improve their job performance (Browne, 2018).
Communication in an organization should always act as the central component that will
simplify the significance of training of employees and all the stakeholders. During the training
process, it is the mandate of the business management individuals to assigned the trustworthy
human resource department, that understand the ethical communication frameworks that are
essential in facilitating the running of the business employees training programs (Browne, 2018).
Unimproved communication system
The successful operation of a business organization is driven by define business
communication systems. Business ethics of communication mandate the implementation of
having a comprehensive and determinable internal communication systems. Lack of an
unimproved communication structure in an organization is an issue that affects the whole
business process since the intended message is not linked with the relevant person at the required
