vision, approaches and policies of company, but it is also essential to consider ethical issues in
international business. It is required by the company to handle severe ethical issues or moral
challenges at the time of making long-term expansion in foreign investment. Some of the most
common ethical issues in international business involve working conditions, subcontracting,
working norms, workstation diversity, similar opportunities, child labour, faith as well as
honesty, managerial oversights, political ground, human right, belief, atmosphere, corruption and
bribery. It is required that Businesses trading should be comply with environmental legislatures,
state and central security rules, monetary reporting statutes or fiscal reporting statue along with
civil right laws. This essay evaluates ethical implications of utilisation of communication in both
workplace as well as university at the international and domestic level. In the following parts, the
potential ethical issues that may take place in university and profession of human resource
manager is also discussed and examined.
For the entity and university, the ethics should be alive in everything that takes place there. The
ethics plays an important role in maintaining the ethical culture in universities and companies at

the sometimes professors fail to give enough time to them. To solve this issue, the professors

272-277). Additionally, the classroom disruption, inappropriate language, as well as non-
productive conversation can also be ethical communication issues. It adversely affect the
behaviour of the student. Sometimes, the communication gap between students as well as
teachers also create problem. Due the communication gap, the student and teachers fail to

examples of unethical communication practices are plagiarism, misrepresentation of numbers,
visual distortion and misquoting. It can see that increasing and decreasing numbers or modifying
numerical data can create confusion for the teachers and viewers. It is also not a good practice to

the area of hiring of personnel for the company. The unethical communication practices include
fake credentials provided by the job applicants, pressure to employ friends as well as relatives,
false experience certificate and fake educational degrees. It is evident that the human resource
managers have to explain policies of company, rules and regulations, as well as salary. The
communication disruption can manipulate the actual meaning of terms and conditions. It creates
the communication gap between human resource manager and applicants or employees. Other
unethical communication practices include leak confidential information of employees, leak
private data of company to competitors or others, wrong performance appraisal, breach the
privacy of employees, close circuit cameras, tracing the phone calls, and reading the files of

administration consultation, group discussion, technical resolutions along with professional
integrity. It is also required to solve the issues by conducting ethics mandatory curriculum for the
students. Additionally, the companies should avoid the languages that discriminate, manipulate
along with exaggerate. Therefore, the company should try to reduce commination at the time of
conducting business at international level or domestic level. The team of company should
involve only relevant information. The irrelevant information should not be used because it
creates miscommunication between two parties. By following proper strategies, the company and
employees can run business smoothly.
