According to Buchanan (2011) the connection between ethical communication and
human dignity arises mostly when people meet for the communication. Ethical communication is
the fundamental aspect of decision making, responsible thinking, and relationship development.
It develops a connection between the communities across their culture, media, and channels.
Ethical communication enables human dignity and truthfulness of personal integrity. It is true
that unethical communication threatens well being of the individuals. The community will not be
in good condition if its members have no ethical communication. The argument concept of the
human dignity is one of the root issues making the pronouncements in human life. Human
dignity is brought about by the transformation of the human life and the way people think about
their lives. The connection between the ethical communication and human dignity comes in
place since the need for the human dignity entails community opinions. People have a different
understanding of the human dignity regarding the moral philosophy. The good and bad come
from the people using social communication. People who express communication ethics will
show a high level of human dignity. The connection between communication ethics and human
dignity comes when human or a group of individuals are guided by their inner self-moral values.
Christians and Traber (2017) moral values guide the way people communicate with
others. In every community or in a group of people, there may raise a conflict or certain

challenges. The level of the moral values between the parties in conflict determines the way the
conflict will be solved. Sometimes people get into much trouble simply because their mode of
communication is not guided by the moral obligation. I confidently say that ethical
communication brings about human dignity. According to Rachels and Rachels (2013) decision
making, in any event, is guided by the level of the human dignity between the individuals
making the decision. As discussed in topic two, human dignity is predetermining of human
communication. It is very true that the way human being communicates; it is exactly what
determines his human dignity.
Ethical communication and human dignity determine the success of the organization. In
any given organization, communication is a key element for the success of the organization. It is
through the human dignity that organization gets to succeed in its goals and strategies (Brown et
al, 2015). The healthy communication organization brings togetherness among members of the
organization. The improvement of the organization is determined by human dignity and ethical
communication. Ethical communication empowers human dignity and worth by honesty and
individual respectability. The reality of the matter is that unethical communication debilitates
prosperity of the people. The people group won't be in great condition if its individuals have no
ethical communication. The contention idea of the human dignity is one of the root issues
making the proclamations in human life. Human dignity is realized the change in the human life
and the way individuals consider their lives. The association between the ethical communication
and human dignity comes set up since the requirement for the human dignity involves network
sentiments (Wasserman, 2008).
