Morality or behavioral philosophy is a branch of science in which ideas of correct and incorrect
behavior have systematized, defended as well as recommended. By identifying ideas such as
right and wrong, good and evil, virtue and vice, fairness and crime, ethics aims to solve personal
morality issues (Hammersley, 2015). Moral ideology is also linked to the areas of moral
psychology, applied ethics, and value analysis as a field of intellectual investigation. Analysis is
creative as well as systematic work conducted to raise knowledge inventory, including
understanding of people, culture and society, and use of this awareness stock to design new apps.
It is used for establishing or confirming facts, reaffirming past job outcomes, solving fresh or
existing issues, supporting theorems, or developing new concepts. In order to establish new
theories, principles, Ideas, etc. with the help of research it is the responsibility of researcher or
writer to bring ethical consideration while doing so (Connelly, 2014).
Any study, thesis, assignment, module, research proposal, etc. includes respondents from
humans or animals, their products like body samples, written documents, etc. It will have a direct
effect on people or will require ethical permission to use modern content that may involve living
topics or organizations (Symon & Cassell, 2012). It is not possible to disclaim those research-
type behaviors. For such operations all researchers, managers and employees are needed to
consider moral consent from the one that will be part of human studies for authorization. Every
researcher needs to frame their own ethical statements before conducting their research or
publishing it. Similarly in the dissertation it is the responsibility of the author to conduct research
by taken into consideration all the ethical measures related to the research and the sample
involved in it (Ponterotto, 2010).
The dissertation is premised on the theoretical framework of the book "Analysis techniques for
company and leadership: a guide to writing your thesis" published by O'Gorman and MacIntosh
(2014). This book obviously guides the proper framework for creating a company thesis. To this
end, they used the data gathered from their chosen survey of four school employees under which
they function in separate school offices. The school's 27 pupils, which are around the age of 18
are also taken into study as sample. The only private information we asked for in the survey
were the title. Except name, no other personal information of the respondents is taken as well all

privacy measures are intact while making the conclusions and suggestions for the public
(Graham et al., 2014).

or even integrity of your studies; explicit consent of both the participants and the study
stakeholders; respect for the confidential information and anonymity of study participants.
Specific care is needed in coping with the elderly and frail, kids, people in challenging or

people under the age of seventeen in Scotland (eighteen in other sections of the United
Kingdom) cannot participate in surveys or focus groups without written parental approval and
researchers need disclosure to be capable of working with such organizations (Miller et al.,
2012). In the dissertation, the participants belong primarily to concentrate groups in an
organization like a college, units throughout the education industry, and so forth, the author of
the whole dissertation first sought permission from the organization. It has also been ensured that
the participants have participated in the study voluntarily. Any harm to respondents has been
