in organisation
Culture is the way of life of various groups of people. In order to understand the
influence of culture on business ethics, it becomes extremely important in terms of understanding
the enculturation and acculturation concept (Hassan, Azhar, Daud and Ruslan, 2017). The
effective strategic management of the organisational culture is basically contingent in order to
map the values and ethical premises that are termed as the most dynamic elements of the culture
of an organisation that is named as Salomon. This later influences the perception of various
situations and problems which sets limits towards ethical behaviour in decision making.
It has also been analysed that there are some situations which make good and most
ethical and compassionate people in order to give up their own rules and values. There are many
unethical conduct that happens because people or team in a particular organisation fool
themselves unconsciously. Further, it is being stated that practice helps in rewiring the brains that
further leads in achieving high profitability and long term success.
The team and executives of all level in Salomon has to develop skills in such way that it
would help them in acting with huge courage and ingenuity in order to challenge various kind of
situations that might come in the middle of their path (Ismail and Yuhanis, 2018). In addition to
this, it would help them in fostering leadership credibility and condor and also in building trust,
increase engagement power and also reduces risk to a high extent. Thus, it is very much essential
in order to maintain the relationship between culture, ethical decision making and behaviour in
organisation.
