an individual to simplify the problem and know which part
of the problem is more complex. Business ethics is a
specific tool that can be used by an organization for
ensuring that employees, senior leadership and managers
act in a responsible manner in a particular workplace with
external as well as internal stakeholders. Ethical decision
making model is a particular framework which is used by
leaders for bringing the principles to the company and
make sure that these principles are followed. This
assignment outlines the ethical Decision Model, this
model is a model that has been designed for general
purpose in order to analyse various complex situations
and reveal optimal solutions. These solutions are meant
to be ethical (Heyler, Armenakis and Walker 2016). This
model has three vital stages; the stages include analysis,
prioritization and decision. These stages have been

4. Conclusion
In most of the cases it is not very difficult to know
regarding the right or ethical course of action. There are
times when right course of action is not considered as
obvious, this happens mostly in case of ethical dilemma.
This is the cause of two or more obligations that are
competing in nature or in case of non-win situations
where the outcomes are considered as undesirable. It is
difficult to solve a situation where individuals are forced to
choose among two or even more alternatives. The usage
of an analytical model or a framework solves the issue.
This model or framework must be chosen such that it
allows the individual to examine various elements of
dilemma in a systematic manner. Application of this model
allows the individual to arrive at a specific rational
conclusion. In this case the ethical decision model is
introduced. The utilization of ethical decision model is
done by practicing on various typical ethical dilemmas,
the kind that is faced by IT professionals in their daily
work, because this way they can be anticipated.
