A hospitality industry should be aware of the same concern for effectively performing
the business acts and research at a reliable conclusion (Laasch & Conaway, 2014).
In the current era, it is mandatory for the organization to improve their understanding

been discussed below:
Utilitarian ethical theory
Utilitarian ethical theory relies on the ability of an individual for predicting the results
of action. This theory determines right from wrong by emphasizing on outcomes.
This ethical theory holds that most ethical selection is one that would produce the
greatest good for a higher amount. It is a moral structure that could be practiced for
justifying in the hospitality industry. It is common practice to make moral rationale
utilized in business due to the way where it accounts for benefits and costs (Sharma
& Hart, 2014). There are different kinds of utilitarianism such as act utilitarianism
along with, rule utilitarianism. In this way, act utilitarianism subscribes precisely to an
aspect of utilitarianism such as an individual performs the act that provides benefits
to the bulk of people in spite of, personal feelings as well as, societal restriction like
laws. Along with this, rule utilitarianism focuses on account the law along with,

as, involves the beneficence within hospitality companies (Stock, Carolan, & Rosin,
2015).
Virture ethical theory
The virtue ethical theory determines an individual on the basis on their character as
compare to action and it may diverge from normal behavior. It also emphasizes on
reputation, morals, and motivation of individuals while rating irregular and unusual
behavior that can be incorporated as unethical. For example, when an employee
plagiarized the passage that was later identified by a peer, and the peer who knows
that employees well, then they will comprehend the character of employees and will
make a decision as a friend accordingly. Along with this, when the plagiarizer follows
the rules and has good standing between his colleagues then, the peer who
addresses the plagiarized passage may be competent to make a judgment about
their friend more compassionately. Since, there may be situation related to the
researcher that they had worked late night as well as, simply forgot to use
appropriate sources. On the other hand, an individual who has reputation related to
academic misconduct can be more likely to judge unsympathetically for plagiarizing
due to their consistent past related to unethical conduct (Markman, Russo, Lumpkin,
Jennings, & Mair, 2016).

well as care and virtue benevolence. This theory is effective for evaluating the
situation and make a decision effectively (Kolk, 2016). It is examined that this theory
could assist the firm to differentiate the wrong and right activity and mandate to all
employee for work effectively. The main reason for selecting this theory is to
eliminate the Inappropriate and Harassing Behaviour and tackle ethical issues from
the working place and increasing the safety among employee towards the working
place (Fennell, 2015).
Kantian theory
Kantian theory is practiced to evaluate different kinds of acts in the working place
and make a decision effectively such as murder, theft, and lying. From the
implication of this report, an organization has tried to discover the actuality behind
any situation and supports to make a decision effectively. It could also lead to
critically evaluate the goal of individuals that are tried to achieve by the employee at

the working place (Dunphy, 2014). This theory could also enable the top
management of the employee to think empathetically rather than having the decision
in their own favor. This theory will be effective for eliminating the ethical issues form
the organization and operate the business effectively. It could also lead to making a
reliable decision in the context of the organizational task. This theory could be more
effective as compared to other theory in solving the ethical corner form the working
place and support to get a reliable decision effectively (Crane & Matten, 2016).
