Importance of ethical considerations in the dilemma
The ethical dilemma here is that Willy Foo violated the intellectual property rights and
standards set by Facebook by using the videos and content that have already been published by
someone else. Here, he was subjected to criticism and lost more than 2 million followers because
he republished the videos and content in the social media platform without providing any credit
to the actual content creators and it was done without the permission of the actual owner as well
(Blanchard and Peale 2011). The actual video and content were created by an organization in
Canada named 2D House, whose owner, David Dvir, stated that the video was published in the
social media platform by Willy Foo without their permission and it was made available in the
website in such a manner that it had been his own creation.

working environment. After Action Review or AAR helped in identifying the issues stated
above, which further maintained fairness in decision making through maintenance of equality,
justice and enhancing the morale level of employees too.
Based on the statement of Baldwin, Bommer & Rubin (2012), the toughest choices and
decisions are made ethically when the aspects are legal and appropriate and through analysis of
stakeholders to whom the solutions should be delivered to for overcoming the issues. Few of the
