INTRODUCTION
Ethics in healthcare refers to the application of core principles which is related with the
health. In this, there is need to follow some of the rule which is able to provide better treatment
and fair balancing of the data and information which is needed to follow in the healthcare for
good. Ethical dilemma refers to the one which there is need to chose any one of the different
options which is there for the benefit and ethical related. In this report, there is introduction about
the topic which is honour based violence and forced marriage. In this, there is need to talk about
the ethical and moral dilemma in which there are different impact on the health and social care
environment. In this report, there is discussion about the individuals rights, entitlements and
obligation that is there in the diverse society. There is also discussion about the ethical
approaches which is regarding the potentially conflicting values along with ethical dilemmas.
There is also analysis about the ethical and professional principles that is able to influence the
decision-making in health and social care. There is also some of the reflective approach which is
able to develop critical insight into own values along with moral compass and their influence in
future professional practice (DeFilippis, 2018).

society
There are many of the individuals right which is regarding the violence in which where
there is honour based violence there is need to have some safety measure which is regarding the
different ethics and legislation which is there for creating the awareness that is to stop the
violence either on the basis of honour or forced marriage. There are many of the marriage which
are there done forcefully on the pressure of illegal situation which is not right in the eyes of
ethics. There are different rights, entitlements and the obligation which are there in the diverse
society. In relation to this, there is need understand the ethical issues which are there related with
health and social care. In this, there are different rules and legislation winch is there able to
provide better health care and benefits in the social care. There are different health issues which
is due to having violence that is based on the honour. There are different human rights which are
able to provide some security and health security which is regarding the violence (Peters, 2017).
Women have different rights and there are many people who are there able to create high level of

violence which is there regarding the honour violence. There is need to have some of the justice
which is regarding the honour based violence and force marriage. In relation to this, there is need
to have the social justice which is there regarding the society and their belonging justice. There
are different legislation has been there which is able to describe the social injustice and able
provide safety and security to the women based on different legislation and ethical way.
Honour based violence and force marriage is the one which is able to create the impact on
health and social care environment which is there able to create the difference in the society.
There are many impact on the health and social care which is generally having the negative
impact on the health care and social care. There are different statistics which are regarding the
Honour Based Violence & Forced Marriage which are there able to impact on the health and
social care (García‐Lamarca, 2017). In relation to this, there are 74 FGM offences along with this
140 forced marriage offences are there that was there in year 2019-2020. There is also an
statistics which is there related with the assault and injury which was there about 17%. There are
many of the cases which are not there in report and due to this statistics can't provide the right
information which is regarding the violence and force marriages. There are different act like
Human rights act and many regulation which are there for the safety of women in the law.
There are many of the evidence which generally provides the similar opinions and
therefore it can be said that there are different laws are there to provide the protection against the
violence and force marriage.
P2 Interpreting and analysing different ethical approaches involving potentially conflicting
values along with ethical dilemmas
There are different ethical approaches which are there in the situations like violence and
force marriage which are there able to create the conflict values along with ethical dilemmas. In
relation to this, when someone look at the situation which is having the case of the violence and
the force marriage, there are different dilemma in this. There is need to chose the solution which
is regarding the violence and regarding the force marriage. There are different approaches which
is there one of the best approaches is to create the awareness about this condition and the
legislation and laws which is regarding the honour violence and the solution and to help those
people. There is need for better approaches (Lee, 2017). There is need to have the better
approaches that is regarding to provide the better outcome and respect to the people who are
there victim of violence. In relation to this, there is also need to provide the safety and awareness

which is related with the force marriage. There is need to provide security and to use the law
strictly that can help to avoid such type of violence and crime the society (Larkin and et. al.,
2018).
In relation to this, there is need to make such law that is able to give the better protection
and power to the victim in relation to get better lifestyle with better health and social care. There
is need to provide and evaluate the solution which is regarding to encourage to report such type
of violence that is due to honour and force marriage. There are different laws and need to create
some strict law with immediate effect that can help to get better impact on the victim to get
support by such rules and legislation. There is need to provide some belief about the law and the
consequences which are there after the report has been done. There is need to have some of the
rule that other side people who were reported for the honour violence or force marriage should
not be there able to harm that person later directly or indirectly. In this dilemma, there is need to
chose the life which is related with that victim priorities which is regarding to live with other
person who were involve in the violence or to take strict action against them (Mathieu and Ilgen,
2017).
In relation to this, there is an ethical dilemma that is conflicting values that is there
regarding the victim that either they like to live with them or not in relation to provide better
health and social care.
There is an opinion which is there related with an approach which is that there is need to
have some rule and should have strict action and there is also need to have special dial number
which is specially for providing the better health and social care to the victim of honour violence
and force marriage.
There is need to have the information that is regarding the ethical dilemma which is there
able to provide the different approaches to over come the honour violence and the force
marriage. In this, there is an information regarding the practices of approaches which is there for
such type of situation that is there honour violence and force marriage (Zyphur, 2017).

and social care
There are different ethical and professionals principles which area there able to influence
the decision making in health and social care. There is need to have the information regarding
the health and social care principle which are there like principles of respect for autonomy,

principles of non-maleficence, principle of beneficence and principles of justice. These are some
of the principles which are there for the health and social care. There are different care which is
related with the principles. There are different ethical and professional principles which are able
to influence the decision-making in health and social care. There are different ethical theories
which are there for ion relation to ethical professional influences. There are different theories
which are able to create the ethical decision making. There skills which are there able to create
the decision-making argument that can help and support the argument based on the honour
violence and the forced marriage. There are different argument which are there in support to
create the laws that is able to support against the violence and force marriage (Schanes and
Gözet, 2018).
Utilitarianism ethics is the one which is there for to provide better and advocate actions
which is there in relation to foster happiness or pleasure along with opposes actions which is able
to cause unhappiness or any harm. This is the one which is able to say that each and every action
is right when it leads to the happiness of the people or to the victim who is getting problem by
violence and forced marriage. This is the one who is there able to say that everything is write
when the ultimate result is positive.
Deontological ethics is the one which is based on duty and there is able to provide better
effect in the work. When there is creating any type of belief that anything which is done and in
resultant there is any harm to anyone then this is not ethical at any cost either that harm is done
to save yourself or in self defence (Winkler, 2018).
There are also professional issues which is related with the ethics and professional codes
that are there in the relationship.
In relation to this, there are different evidence which can show the solution regarding this
type of issues which is related with honour violence and force marriage. There is a suggestion
which is there to solve the issues by getting proper communication and different settlement that
can leads to provide better solution.

way through they influence the future practices
There are different own values which is related with their different legal issues. Honour
violence is the one which is able to create different difficulty that is able to get the values that is
regarding the ethical concern. I have seen that there are different dilemma which is regarding the

violence and difficulties that is able to provide better consult with laws. I have seen some of the
force marriage where without the concern of any one partner due to having the power that is
generally political power there were marriage and it was difficult to get over through marriage. I
have seen that there is need of fairness which is there able to provide fairness to each and
everyone which is there able to provide better impact regarding the violence and force marriage
(Rodrigues, 2018). There is need to keep the information confidential which is regarding this
health and social care related. I know that there is need to keep the information confidential
which is regarding the violence and force marriage report data (Hanna, 2019). There is also need
to have the integrity that just like me there is need to have the integrity in each and every people.
Integrity is the one which allows people to perform better relation with each and every one and
there should not to create negative image of anyone either he or she is guilty or not. I have seen
and read in law that there is need to keep the privacy of each and every one offence in maintain
their dignity and therefore it is not allowed to vanish any person's name (Moutousi, 2018).
There are different evidence based principles which are there related with fairness and
professionals issues where justice, autonomy, gratitude, maleficence and beneficence etc. are
there to which provides the principles related with them. There are different example which are
able to give the evidence that there is need to have some law and proper information regarding
the honour based violence and force marriage.
This can be said that there is high need for the discussed element in relation to provide
the different social and health care that can help to avoid the honour violence by improvement in
law and by creating awareness about the laws (Collins, 2018).
CONCLUSION
Form above discussion, it can be concluded that there are different statement and
dilemma which are there able to get different type of scenario that is regarding the honour
violence and the force marriage. There are different potential solution in which primary is to
create the awareness which is regarding the law and to motivate others not to get in this violence.
There is need to empower the person who is getting violence on themselves. There is also need
to have the information so that any of the person can be able to get better services as the health
and social care. It is recommended that government should form some strict law which can be
implemented in right way to get better to avoid those type of situation and in relation to get better
health and social care. in this report, there is some of the discussion about the knowledge about

the individuals rights, obligations and entitlements that is the diverse society. There is also
discussion about the different ethical approaches which is there in practice involving protectorial
and ethical dilemmas. There is also discussion about the ethical and professional principles
which are there able to influence the decision-making in health along with social care. There is
also an reflective approach to develop critical insight in moral compass that can help in
influencing the future professional practice.
