Reflection on feedback
Feedbacks can be termed as the significant and essential instructions provided by the
authoritative individual in order to improve the quality of work delivered by the students.
Feedback involves a set of points that needs to be re attempted in order to suit them in
accordance with the guidelines delivered for the accomplishments of the tasks given in the
assignment. Post submission of my work, my professor in charge for assessing my work went
through the same and provided me with essential feedback in the form of some key points that
needed to be attempted in order improve my overall project. I highly regard the judgement of the
professor and took his feedback as a priority and tried to correct my mistakes to my best in order
to enhance the quality of the work submitted by me and to acquire good grades through the
respective assignment. While working on the feedback, I realised that in order to attempt the
feedback effectively , an individuals needs to focus upon understanding the key pointers
provided by the professor and and attempting them separately in order to eliminate the chances
of overlapping of data within the assignment. I learnt that the section that has been re-attempted
needs to be coloured in a different font colour in order make its easy ad for the teacher to go
through the same efficiently and see the changes and modifications added by the students in an
effective manner. It is also important for individuals to maintain a record of the changes that they
have don e in the project according to the feedback in order to explain the professor abut the
same and enhance the relevancy as well as authenticity of their project as a whole. I also got to
understand the importance of the feedbacks and how it can upgrade the standard of the
assignment or the project to the next level and provides the opportunity to the students to
alleviate their grades. Also, I realised that the feedback should be attempted as soon as they are
provided by the teachers in order to complete the work on time and deliver specific work as well.
The presentation of the feedback is the most important task that needs to be delivered by the
students. In my case, I was very confident while delivering my feedback because I attempted the
feedback with sheer honesty and did exactly what my professor told me to do without any
deviations or manipulations in the same. After going through the respective phase,I realised that
it is important for the students go through trails and feedback but it can be a bit tiring and
exhausting at times as well. I can recommend individuals to give their best performant through
their work and try and get minor feedbacks from the professor so that students does not needs to
repeat the work again and again. Hence, it can be said that feedbacks can be positive, if the work
