Short Description of Workplace Event for Ethical Decision Making
Ethical decision making is nothing but a process by which an individual makes decision
with respect to line of codes of ethics (Yazdani & Murad, 2015). The ethical decision making
situation that I am going to discuss is that my coworker is giving her sister discount on major
number of products. It is not good that people are receiving discount just because they are family
members (Turrens, 2018). This can be considered as a form of discrimination. If other customers
find out this fact, then the whole organization might be at risk.
Method of making decision
PLUS, model is known to be an effective model that sets a list of question which will
help in proper kind of decision making in this organization (Turrens, 2018). This particular
model has been designed in such a way that it does not affect overall revenue and profit. It
mainly emphasizes the leaders to take legal and fair approach on the given issue. PLUS, model
comprises of following steps like
