There are various ethical theories are occur which help in delivering services among
people. As people have high number of consideration which is needed to be consider by health
professionals so that they can take action which can benefit with in their services. There are
some ethical legislation and codes of practices also occur which provide rights of human in their
care and services (Leminen, 2016). These are used by health and social care organisation from
which health professionals can provide appropriate care and services to people. In this report,
ethical theories are described in context of given case which provide support to individuals. In
addition to this, the importance of ethical legislation and codes of practices also describe which
provide support and needs to service users.

Due to her mother problem , she has to wake up all night in order to take care of her mother. This
condition develop various problems in her day activities as she is not able to receive proper sleep
which required in her occupation. The health care professional and general practitioner has
review her reports has analysed that she is taking tablets for a year about there is no
improvement occur in his health (Fain, 2017). The various community and general practitioner
suggest her to place her mother in nursing care home so that her condition can be maintain
properly. But she refused to do this and agreed to provide a care at her home which can take care
condition of her mother at day time. The Maria is concern about her occupation which is affected
by her mother condition. She speaks to her general practitioner which arranged a meeting
between her and her head. This conflicts is resolved by providing some leaves to her so that she
can improve her and health and well-being. The other consideration is also given to her by
